The first thing I noticed when i entered this particular establishment, is how clean the place was! Not only that, the workers seemed ecstatic and extremely well-mannered. From the time my family and I placed our orders, we saw nothing short of great smiles, energy and enthusiasm. Noticed I haven’t even mentioned the food yet! I ordered a Whopper with cheese and it was DELICIOUS! The sandwich was neat, had everything I wanted on it, and tasted real pleasurable! As we ate, we continued to get checked on to make sure we were okay. As we left, they wished us a nice day and to come back and see them. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommended them to anyone!

I eat at this place all the time, and they know what they are doing! Everyone is friendly and it’s probably one of the cleanest FF chains I’ve seen in a long time. You can tell that the management does their jobs.

This is the WORST location ! Every SINGLE time I come to location there are ALWAYS issues. Mainly, with staff and management. I have waited over 25 minutes and the only car in the drive thru for a prepaid mobile order.i sat at the speaker for at least 10 without any acknowledgement. I finally drove to the window. I sat there about 10 more minutes while 3 employees looked at me fromer circle. They stood there and was doing nothing. Finally, one came to the window and with disrespectful attitude asked if we didn’t stop at the speaker! I have dealt with Management there and they are extremely rude and disrespectful! I have been other locations and haven’t had these problems at all! The North Highland Jackson TN location is the BEST! Very friendly, cooperative, and staff. Never a problem!

Ordered a double cheeseburger since they’ve been pushing it in their TV ads. It was absolutely disgusting – wrapper was saturated in grease, the meat was undercooked, no mustard or ketchup on the burger – not that I could eat it anyway. And to top it off, I guess one has to ask for a napkin because there wasn’t one in the bag. Terrible

This is the best Burger King restaurant I’ve ever experienced. The food was very hot and fresh. The managers and team members are very nice and polite and can put a big smile on your face. The restaurant was very clean and made me and my family feel very comfortable. This store does a great job and I hope they continue to do so.

I came in about 10:15 and no one greeted me. The manager looked like she was sitting in a booth with another person they walked right past me. Didn’t even ask if I need any help or anything. One person was sitting in their car. I sit there for about 5 minutes and nobody said anything to me so I don’t have a chance to taste of food. There were no customers. This is obviously one of the worst run Burger Kings I’ve ever had to deal with, so I just walked out and went somewhere else

Terrible service at drive through. Rude workers. Food is a crap shoot if the order is even CLOSE Correct. Do not even attempt ordering more than two meals, two meals is the competency threshold for intellectual service. Order 3 meals and it’s guaranteed to be messed up. Thank god there is so much choice in Ripley for fast food…that’s sarcasm. On a positive note, the parking lot is well lit.
