Food was great, the employees in the back were working their hardest to make everything to perfection.
I was waiting in the lobby waiting for my order when I noticed two of the mangers talking, a few minutes later I noticed one of them had stormed out the building. Go to make sure if he is alright and he told me he just quit because his manager was asking him to put his work first instead of his family!
Will not be coming back to this place as long as the manager with this attitude is fired, nobody should have to go through this. I’ve heard of multiple instances where this manager is a problem and I am surprised corporate and higher management haven’t dealt with it!

The assistant general manager named April that was working on Sunday February 1st at 10:54pm is extremely rude. While placing my order I was rushed through the entire process. I kept getting cut off while placing my order. My food was also handed to me in an extremely aggressive way. The only positive thing about my experience was the food was all fresh. The service was absolutely trash though especially considering my order was taken by the assistant general manager on duty. I will not be returning whenever this manager is working because clearly she’s unhappy and takes it out on the customers.

I’ve consistently had issues with this location in particular over the past year.
The staff are usually rude, as if doing their job is an inconvenience to everybody else. I’ve had experiences of them trying to rush orders along which leads to the next problem.
The food is almost always wrong, to the point you’ll receive another menu item for the price of the original item you wanted. I recently got a double whopper with bacon and cheese and all the toppings save for tomato. the ticket on both the receipt and the wrapper said as such. This meal cost almost 15 dollars total.
Instead I received a normal whopper with a single half piece of bacon, and what appears to be a scrap piece that is too short to consider as another piece for the upcharge of its addition. And then, only a pinch of lettuce, and a handful of onions.
This is essentially a SCAM, denying product to a customer who paid full price and received less than what was advertised.
I’ve included photos.
I have never seen a place with such abysmal service and subpar standards stay so busy so frequently, but considering how awful the other fast food places are in Atoka, I guess beggers can’t be choosers.
Absolutely disgraceful. The managers clearly care more about profits and quotas than running a proper location.
Check your food before leaving. Trust me. It’ll save you time.

Everytime I order from here, I get a microwaved pattie burger that hasn’t touched a broiler. Bland and microwave heated. Meanwhile, the millington location provides a fresh, flame broiled burger every single time i go there. If you got an urge for burger king, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to the millington location and get a burger that’s actually seen a broiler.

Dylan was on board by himself making big sandwich order at a fast and good pace. The food was out fast and fresh and hot. He is the best board person they have had in while. I went in one time and Dylan was cleaning the store very well and he stopped and washed his hands and made my sandwich just how I like it and quickly. Thank you Dylan for being good at your job.

Honestly the worst bk I’ve ever been to. No matter how dead they are literally no one inside or outside you are the only person ordering drive thru. They make you wait 7 to 10 minutes ” I’ve set timers ” this is a ongoing issue because the workers are lazy and hope you will leave so they don’t have to take a order.

I don’t know how this place stays in business, since more cars pull out of line and drive away, than the cars that are patient enough to wait at the speaker for 15-20 minutes to place an order.
I pulled in behind 2 cars that were waiting to order. After I waited 14 minutes, the first car in line still hadn’t placed their order. I was tired and hungry and didn’t want to wait 30 more minutes to place my order, so I pulled out of line. The 2 cars behind me also pulled out of line and drove away.
I know it’s hard to find competent fast food workers in Atoka, because every fast food joint is slow and gets the orders wrong, but waiting at the speaker for 15-20 minutes to order a burger is ridiculous.
I can get a to-go order at a regular walk-in restaurant in less time than it takes just to place an order at a “fast food” restaurant in Atoka.

Skylar did such an incredible job even in the middle of a rush. He remained very calm and listened intently to my order and made sure it was right! He was super nice and had a smile on his face the whole time! Definitely the best fast food employee I’ve had in a long time

For the past several years Atoka Burger King service is slow and terrible. Drive thru is one car at a time always, so at a 5 car wait to order line, I decided to try to go order. What a mistake. Inside was disgusting. I waited 15 minutes for one of the only 3 people to acknowledge me and 4 other customers that came after me. They all knew we were there, we got eye stares. Lol. No words. The girl that did take my order was rude, like she didn’t like that we were there.
