Online ordered and when I arrived, at said completion time, I still had to wait. Now I know, that’s just fast food for ya. But dern it, if you’ve ordered ahead and then have to wait, you’d best make sure that all the food is hot. Not just the special order items. Fries and onion rings barley warm and my partner and I ate in the p-lot. Sweet tea and double whopper were excellent.

Your drive thru timer is a joke. Every time I eat here I’m told to park while I wait on my food. There’s no one behind me! Your employees make everyone pull off so they have good timer numbers. It’s a lie! What’s the point of the timer if your employees are going to manipulate it??? It’s annoying – at best for your customers.

Awesome dbl whopper and rodeo burger. Fantastic service, speedy service, delicious hot whoppers and we even got the special edition sponge Bob crowns . We will be back for lunch.

Order a regular HB and CB. Add extra mustard, pickles and onions on both. Its my flavor profile, great cause the onion is not dehydrated.

How come to this Burger King at least four times a week because it’s on my way home from work. And every time I come in I sit in the Drive-Thru at least 25 minutes then get pulled up and set another 20 minutes. And that’s no exaggeration all of the workers are always outside smoking cigarettes are in there arguing they always have the back door open you can hear them yelling profanities and all kinds of stuff. I come through before work sometimes around 12:00 or 1:00 and I’m always in and out service with a smile. But every time I come to this Burger King after 8:00 it’s always the same nonsense. I’m currently sitting in the Drive-Thru now and I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes and they still have not even greeted the car at the speaker. I’m two cars behind that car. If it wasn’t for being hungry from working a 9-hour shift and not wanting to drive all the way down Lovell road the other way I wouldn’t even come here anymore

This Burger King has to be the WORST one ever!!!! They are always so slow, they mess up every order, and the cooks need to ALL be fired. Went there last night! This (see picture) was what I was served! After waiting 15 mins in the drive thru. Mind you I was the only person in the drive thru! Then looking in the window, they don’t handle the food safely and the place was TRASHED! The floors looked DISGUSTING!!
