This has been the worst food I’ve EVER bought at Burger King! I never post reviews but I had to on this one! I bought 2 original crispy sandwiches and a large fry and both chicken sandwiches has a very small streak of mayo that looks like it’s been on the bread a couple hours not even 3 pieces of lettuce and the fries are burnt and you can taste stale grease!

Drive thru, asked me to pull forward after they took my money, BUT was noone behind me. I replied, if someone pulled up absolutely but id rarher wait. Middleaged woman showed up and let her anger show. I was uncomfortable & wont return.

The food is good, don’t get me wrong. I’ve been to a lot of places over the years. The problem with this location is the lack of care when packing orders. If you’re packing an order that has SAUCES listed on the order and you don’t put the sauces in the bag… that’s not cool. Yes, I checked the order before I left. They made me pull up to the curb to get my order. So when I saw there weren’t any sauces, I got irritated, but it wasn’t worth parking and stomping in there to get the sauces I was supposed to get. It doesn’t mean being treated like that is okay. This location has a problem with online orders… the problem is that they don’t care. The workers here need to put more effort into values like customer service.

Ordered their 2 for $6 crossandwiches. One was a sausage and ham the other was a double bacon. When we got home the double bacon was a sausage and bacon. My husband went back up there, they didn’t offer to make it right just said sorry. So he bought 2 more, both double Bacon. He got home and they were both sausage and bacon. So he called them to let them know and the cashier, Kailey-number 546709- got rude with him, so he said we wont be coming back if thats how you talk to customers, her response was “that’s fine we dont need your business” needless to say we wont be back.
