i entered the establishment of the parliament of sandwichery and i was instantly delighted. the vast, spacious, open lobby was cleaned to a meticulous degree. i walked to the counter to place my order and a young fellow with red hair by the name of fred assisted me in my purchase. by george it was the most delicious and delectable bacon king and fries i had ever enjoyed. hats off to the youngster

I have to be honest—this Burger King used to be pretty rough. The service was slow, the food wasn’t always fresh, and it just didn’t feel like a place you wanted to stop by often. But recently, things have completely turned around, and it’s all thanks to one person: Austin.
Every time I’ve come in lately, Austin has been behind the counter with a great attitude, friendly smile, and genuine care for customers. He keeps the line moving, makes sure orders are right, and treats everyone with respect. You can really tell he takes pride in his work, and that energy has made a huge difference in the whole atmosphere.
The food has been hot and fresh, the restaurant feels cleaner, and the service has been consistently excellent. It’s honestly become one of my favorite quick stops again.

This has to be some sick joke, I have always ordered food from here only to be disappointed. I work full time and now it seems ordering from here is becoming a massive waste of my hard earned money. Tonight I decided to order it for supper through my app to try the pickle fries and get my husband the bourbon barbecue whopper. To say I was beyond disappointed is an understatement. Wasted $4 on pickle fries that tasted like they’ve been out for a while and didn’t even fill the box they were out in halfway. Don’t get me started on support for help via the app. Spend $30 and disappointed? Here’s a $10 credit or here’s a $5 credit on your next order, basically telling me to go screw myself, and when I ask for a refund? God, it’s like I’ve insulted them and they say they can’t. Basically forcing me to take the credit so they can keep my money regardless. It’s getting old, and this is the last time I’m ever eating from Burger King especially this one, day shift never gets the order wrong but it’s every night I decide to order after work close to 7-9pm I’m disappointed and wasting my money. Pictured below is the pickle fries I was given, just opened right out of the bag. This was ridiculous!

I ordered the crispy chicken through delivery app the buy one get one free only to be told by the delivery driver that it wasn’t available and if something isn’t available it needs to communicated to the customer so the customer can order other items when they order food

Drive through was backed up to the rd so we went inside. Our order was taken and food arived fast. The stoor was clean and I love the open floor plan makes me feel safe. We got the new Impossable burger one cheese one without. They where sooooooo good. Way better then I expected. So much so I questioned weather they where not meat. Fantastic service great food.

Very recently remodeled inside and out.. right off Kingston Pike and the interstate..it has an odd parking lot they share with Buddy’s Bar-b-q.
The remodel now finally has this location modern.. old bldg was probably 30 yrs old.
They had a kids’ play are before. They have removed it and now have much more open seating.

I guess nobody wanted to show up for their opening shift this morning so Mr. Sassy Pants at the window had a disgusting attitude because “I’m here by myself” ***followed by a huge eye roll. I had already placed a mobile order. A lot of people unfortunately have to start their days very early in the morning and regardless of anything, it’s no excuse for poor customer service or bad attitudes!
