Had a horrible experience last year where window girl cussed me and my wife. Food is always cold like it was today when we stopped giving them another chance but no still same. Staff still cold food still lame service miss my order by a mile do not go here if you want to feed your family go somewhere where there’s good crispy warm food delightful service

We normally get pretty decent food but today we stopped to get a family pack that had 3 Whopper 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries they weren’t that busy so figured everything would be good got home about 5 mins away burgers were cold fries were cold and over done we just had to throw away all of it if your gonna work in food at least care about what you’re serving for the amount of money these places are charging now it’s unexcusable will not be back. Such a disappointment after a full day of work. Do better

Absolutely ridiculous experience at this Burger King.
I ordered a full meal, three additional sandwiches, and some jalapeño poppers for my family. Everything seemed normal until my wife and daughter asked for a cup of water. The cashier told us that because homeless people had previously asked for water and then supposedly stolen $5,000 worth of soda, they now charge the full soda price just to get a cup of water.
Let that sink in. A fast food restaurant charging soda prices for plain tap water.
Instead of enjoying our meal in the restaurant like we intended, we packed everything up and left. We went back to the hotel where, like most places in America, water is still free.
Punishing paying customers because of something unrelated customers might have done is terrible business. I spent good money there, and somehow asking for water became a problem.
Needless to say, we will not be coming back.

Saw the SpongeBob meal n decide to go to bk today for dinner. Of course they don’t have the new”spongebob” pie. So I got double whopper combo. My daughter a SpongeBob meal. N my wife a combo.
Get home to eat n my fries are obviously bottom of the pit with onion rings mixed in and so hard can barely even break em in half. Fries and onion rings both that is.
If i had it my way at BK the food would at least be edible…… Back to boycotting burger King.

Placed a Mobile order for some breakfast and apparently because the weather is too cold today, they decided not to come in until after breakfast hours. Highly unprofessional. Luckily I was able to easily get a refund.

We walk from the truck stop to get dinner. We ordered our food after us and a customer who was here before us waited on someone to take our order. I eventually spoke up and asked if anyone was taking orders. He eventually took our order. When we got our food. There was a nice curly black hair in my husband’s burger. He went up to let them know, young man got the manager on duty, he came and was going to argue with my husband and wasn’t going to get a refund because they “wear hair nets and beard nets”. That is a laughable, plain out lie. (Please see photos and Video) You can plainly see They DO NOT have hair nets on or beard nets. If you watch the video you can see his hair pretty much sweeping the cooked french fry holder. YUCK . After a brief back and forth he did give my husband a refund. The employees. Started talking and laughing about us that it wasn’t his hair, this coming from the one who sweeps with his pony tail. The management of this facility needs to make the employees wear proper kitchen attire. That includes HAIR NETS!!!

Staff was great, had a bacon king meal, after eating the sandwich and waited for awhile ended up in the bathroom with stomach cramps and vomiting, my dogs wouldn’t even eat the rest of my sandwich not for sure if it was the meat
