Cashier acted impatient when ordering. Buns were dry and fell apart while eating. I ordered no onion and the cashier didnt put it on my receipt. Guess who got onions on their burger? Its not loud in here. There’s no way she didnt hear me. Pure negligence. Fries were redropped. Jalapeño pepper bites were dry and old. Doesn’t burger king have a strict no hold policy for longer than 30 min?? Only redeeming quality was the inside of the restaurant is clean. Ill personally pass over this place next time.

older lady with ten red short hair was rude to me for no reason from the start. i ordered for someone and they simply texted me 2 whoppers with bacon and fries and a drink i ordered the 2 whoppers with bacon and 2 fries and a medium coke. she said i was confiding her with an attitude and asked if i wanted the meal (didn’t) i said no. when i got up to the window the young man was nice and respectful he spoke to me first. then she handed me the bag, gave me a dirty look, and said nothing, just being rude for no reason. then he handed me my coke and i thanked him because he was the only nice employee he could tell i was put off by her attitude.

We have not been to BK in awhile. Decided to go so glad we did. The onion whopper is AMAZING and those cinna minnis how can you go wrong. Everyone was nice and friendly. The food came out fast and hot. Great management team there. Keep up the good work!!! Melissa Allens is always smiling and leading her team!!!

Ordered my lunch through the BK app. Used my crown points that I earned playing the Fright or Bite game on the app. Ordered a regular chicken sandwich minus the lettuce and added bacon and honey mustard. Value fries with honey mustard and ketchup and a small unsweet tea. Sandwich was very good with combination of mayo and honey mustard. Fries were crispy. Quick and reliable service. So total free chicken sandwich and value fries through the app via crown points.
Only think I had to pay for was unsweet tea and 2 honey mustard packets. Saved $ 7.68
Paid total with tax $4.12. Not bad for under $5.00

Rude black lady working the front, I asked to buy 1 of each toy from happy meals, was told I had to buy meals, ok I am fine with that. She rings me up, then yells, do not make the meals, he just wants the toys. I said, NO, if I have to pay for thr meals to get the toys, I want the food! She rolls her eyes and complains that they have to make the food. I get it and its wrong. I try to complain but she has disappeared. I left with not all my food. She also yelled and snapped at the customer behind me for wanting no salt on fries. She does not belong in customer service. I also filed a complaint with corporate and they would not fix the problem, only offered me a coupon.

It was pouring down rain and me and the kids just wanted a hot burger and fries and the fries are obviously old and had been sitting. They wasn’t busy, we could have gotten fresh fries or fries that wasn’t dead .. I have pictures

This was our first visit to this location. The food was good. The restaurant appeared to be new or newly remodeled. Everything was clean inside out. The only complaint was the people hanging out at the front door. I would eat there again when I’m in town.
