Stopped by here for Halloween, my son has been wanting the vampire nuggets since they came out. Ordered them and when we finally got them, they were plain chicken nuggets. They were supposed to be in the shape of bats and fangs. Took them back up to the front and was told they sold out of them earlier that day. Asked why I wasn’t told that when I ordered them, an why there wasn’t a sign on the menu indicating that they were sold out, and was told they just sold out, even though he had just told me they sold out of them earlier in the day. Besides that, the chicken fries were cold and the french fries had absolutely no salt. Will not be back, ever. Should have gone to McDonald’s instead.

I stopped by for the Wednesday meal and was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was executed. The cashier was friendly and patient as I took my time ordering, and the food came out quickly, which I appreciated.
However, the cleanliness of the lobby was disappointing. We had to skip three tables before finding one that was somewhat decent, and even then, we had to wipe it off ourselves. Additionally, there was a homeless man camped outside, which was a bit concerning and made the experience feel less inviting.
Overall, the food and service were good, but the dining environment could definitely use some improvement.

Went in to get a bbq brisket and this is what I get I don’t even get the brisket on it so I get them to remake it and they still mess it up in the same way for what you pay you should get it and they don’t clean the place up all the tables was nasty I had to clean one before eating and then when I try to through my trash away you can’t it was already over following out of the trash can they won’t get my business know more if that’s the way there going to stay

The Brisket whopper means it comes with no brisket… But you pay the price for brisket.
I understand it was late night and everyone was ready to go home but come on at least put what we paid for on the burger. Goodness.. extremely disappointed the last few times we’ve been here.
Let’s also not forget the cold fries as soon as we got the bag from the drive thru… The fries were ice cold.

So I came for this one meal and was very disappointed. I don’t like Burger King as it is but I figured I would give it another chance. The whopper is literally nothing special. The only thing different about the SpongeBob whopper is a yellow bun. It came with a Pineapple flush which was very good I would come back for that and that only. The bacon tats were freaking disgusting. I took a bite of half of one and didn’t eat the rest. I tried to give them to my dog my dog wouldn’t even touch them. That should tell you a lot if a dog won’t even touch them.

Stopped by at 10 pm for some nuggets and fries got home and noticed they were hard cold and old so I drove back down and the handsome lil fella apologized and made my meal fresh plus some fresh cookies! Great job lil dude 🙂

I get breakfast from BK almost every morning. The breakfast crew members are generally very nice and the food is good. However, recently they have hired new crew members and they desperately need customer service training.
This morning I waited several minutes in the drive thru despite the fact that I was the only customer there. When someone finally came on the speaker, they spoke extremely fast and she couldn’t understand what I ordered. (A #2 with a large diet coke) After I repeated the order, she said in a rude tone, #10? We don’t have a #10.
At this point, after the long wait time and rude behavior I had had enough. I told her never mind and she replied oh, ok. Does she not realize that her paycheck depends on customers?
I have put up with the rude treatment at this BK for the past several weeks, but never again. I’m done. Also, the lobby of the restaurant is dirty at times.

Drive through was horrible. Ordered over 30dollars in food . Waited 5 mins when ordering for girl to figure out if they had mango peach lemonade. Then pulled up to pay and waited 8 minutes for her to finally take my card to pay. Then went to next window to not be given my drink then for the girl to yell we didn’t pay for a large drink when I had the receipt ready to hand her she pretty much threw the drink at me. Pulled out drive thru to find we didn’t receive our large onion ring to go back thru line to be rushed and given wrong order . On top of both drive thru workers being incredibly rude. The food was cold all of it. Need to learn customer service and if I could give no stars I would.

If you want cold food and terrible service, this is the place to go. Witnessed the manager kick a homeless person out because he grabbed a cup out of the TRASH and got himself a drink. After A PAYING CUSTOMER offered to pay for his drink and meal she still refused and made the man leave. This place is a joke and I really hope that one day she has to experience the same thing that man did. Humanity and compassion is all that is needed, especially as a MANAGER.

Worst place to go to in the evening. My wife and I stop in to get the 4.99 double cheese burger value meal and the stupid teenagers tried to argue with my wife and I saying that it’s an up charge when it clearly says on the screen 4.99 PERIOD!!!!! They need a better evening shift employees. WON’T EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!
