I hate to give a bad review, I really do as usually their food is pretty decent. But this morning after ordering, getting home, eating, etc., went to dump the ice from my cup and noticed something odd within the cube. Upon further inspection, it was a German cockroach! I called to let them know and to address the issue. They said they would sanitize, clean and connect with a local terminex. Will this happen? I don’t truly know so don’t want to speculate. But I can tell you it was an incredibly disheartening experience. Part of me wants to connect with corporate while the other side wants to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I visit here at least once a week to enjoy a grilled Burger exactly the way I ask for it. The music is great, the staff is even better, the bathrooms are clean. The tables are never sticky, which is a pet peeve of mine, and the floors are always clean with no food on the floors.

The lady behind the counter got our order wrong and then the manager acted like it was our fault that they got it wrong but they had messed up on the order in front of us so they weren’t really giving our order any attention at all. Everybody after us got asked if they wanted a combo or not and we simply said we wanted a combo and did not get it. So we ended up having to pay for the fry and the drink extra going back through the line and everything any other fast food restaurant would’ve been like sorry that’s my fault and just gave you the from drink or refunded the money and re did the order. And the table and chairs were sticky
