This is hands down the BEST Burger King we have ever eaten at. We come here every morning, and Kit and Chelsea truly make our day. They are always happy, bubbly, and welcoming—no matter how early it is! Their positive energy is contagious and makes the whole experience better. The food is always hot, fresh, and perfectly made, which is honestly rare these days. Kit and Chelsea are absolute stars and a huge reason we keep coming back. This location deserves all the praise!

Rushed us and told us we couldn’t check to see if our order was wrong got home and only had half of our food. It’s now a week later and currently waiting 40 minutes in the drive through 15 off which literally at the order window….

I work across the street and I get paid this evening and I simply asked if I could get a small coffee and if i could come back after I got off work to pay for it. And Mrs. Darlene bought me a coffee. The morning crew is amazing and so nice. It’s great to know there are people that still care and are willing to buy a stranger a cup of coffee.

We stopped at this Burger King location on our way through today Nashville today. The store would not accept the code from my Burger King app in order for me to use an offer. We waited for a long time to get service at the counter, once we were helped by an employee, we were not greeted or acknowledged. The gentleman just walked to the counter after several minutes. I presented the code from my app, he typed it in and then went to get someone else. The lady walked up, I presented her with the code and she told me that it was not working on her end and there was nothing she could do because it was a third party. The app is the Burger King app, what does she mean by third party? She proceeded to flip her screen backwards so that I could see it. I dont know what im looking at on that screen, im not a BK employee. She was extremely rude to us and made it very embarrassing in front of other customers who were waiting at the counter. She provided us with no solutions, so we left and went elsewhere. There was no apology or reasoning, just that she couldn’t help it. She rolled her eyes in front of us and slammed her hands down on the counter as well. I dont think I have ever been so rudely treated and experienced such unprofessionalism by employees at a fast food restaurant. The employees and the manager lacks customer service skills and the store is obviously ill equipped yo manage more than a couple of customers at a time.

The food is not worth the wait that you have to suffer through, if you are just wanting a quick bite to keep from getting sick choose another place. Just not the Taco Bell next to it. Lol. The drive thru times there have actually gotten slower than it was in 2023. Sorry, but if a working person only gets a 30 minute lunch break why should they have to get out of their automobile and walk in to get quick service. Drive thrus are supposed to be faster. They do have some Good Food though.

Waited in drive thru forever. Cashier didn’t know how to do a split payment cash/card. I was only getting fries. When I got to the pickup window I asked the young man if I can have fresh fries not cold since we were waiting forever i was sure our fries just sat in the bag for awhile not warming. The young man gave me a look of defeat. No friendly reaction just for warm fries. Also make sure you always get a straw.

They are so slow. Just for a burger and 4 shakes with holes in the shakes gave food to the car in front of us and it took 30m and the shakes were clumpy not made right.

Placed an online order at 12:49 did not get my order till almost 1:30 food was cold and received the wrong items as well. Lady did get me the correct items but wasn’t very happy with the food being cold after waiting so long. I get slow times when they’re super busy but its almost every time I go there its 30 + min wait.

Absolutely cannot complain. My order is made the right way each time I come here. Usually don’t get much today I got a double whopper with no tomato and a large iced mocha coffee. The burger taste absolutely great and my coffee always has the right amount of mocha and ice. If I was a millionaire they would def be getting a good tip. Good job!

The food was excellent, we have zero complaints. The burgers were so good and the soda was nice and fizzy! (I hate flat soda) By far the best fast food I have ate in a while! A+ And the service was great as well, very nice people!
