Its has been a very stressful day. Stopped for Lunch placed my drive through order paid. I was not happy really very bothered. Yet when Heather at drive thro asked if i wanted a crown. I couldn’t help but giggle great food fast service and they was busy. Thanks Heather for giving me my smile back. Great job BK. You rule !!!!!!

Went in to grab a few things from the duo/trio $5/$7 deal. Was hungry and didn’t want to cook. The original chicken sandwich was edible but nothing special. Probably the best thing I got. Chicken fries were only warm and again nothing special. My whopper was again edible but really nothing to brag about. Every time I get one it’s like the worst brownish lettuce. The onion rings were very soggy. No crunch whatsoever. I mean its Burger King so expectations were not high. It was probably better than I thought it would be. The service was good and the order was correct and all there. I was pretty happy about that. For what I paid I was satisfied. Let’s be real you know what to expect. You either like it or you don’t. As far as Burger King goes I’d recommend this one for a cheap meal.

Today it took 3 trips to Burger King Lindsey Street in Alcoa Tennessee today before sausage and egg biscuit order was corrected. I called and politely asked speak with a manager. The female said she is the GM. I told her what had happened. Fully expecting to simply have her see the order is right when it was remade the 3rd time. She was extremely rude to me on the phone. When I asked her name she said Jimma. I asked her last name or employee number so corporate would know who I am reporting. She rudely said, “I do not have to give that to you! Can I hang up and take care of this now?!” Then she hung up the phone on me. It’s hard to believe that Burger King would put someone like that in charge of customer service! I hope this post keeps others from using the “Alcoa Burger King” so others do not have a similar, negative experience. I recommend switching to the Foothills Burger King where the manager, Megan. is polite and respectful. She is also capable of handling things like this properly. Have a great day! Donna Thomas

Only negative thing today was the Mgr with tatts on her arm making my sandwiches putting giant thumb prints in my burger. Cashier Tyrell had excellent customer service though so that was a plus.

Disgusting. It is almost appalling even just walking up there because of the gross glass. The playground is always shut down. It’s basically storage. I know this cuz we’ve only gone in there a couple times just to ask for a crown but I went there to eat breakfast with my daughter the other day. Her choice + I was appalled and will never eat there again. If I was a food critic I’d probably shut the place down

Interestingly enough the ratings don’t change these employees would rather worry about pushing buttons on a phone that don’t belong to them then making sure their job is done right. There were employees at 10:40 pm but no one was taking orders and everyone was literally hiding in the back

After getting the 20th sloppily made chocolate shake I decided to complain here. They are very inconsistent with these. They need to retrain their employees. I’ve gotten 20 just like the one pictured. When these shakes are made properly they are the best tasting shakes of any fast food establishment. That’s why I keep coming back. But, come on.

My grand babies love burger king not McDonald’s. Today I went and we ordered our food. When we get to the windows I asked the lady for a cup of pickles. Our burgers we got plain. Me and grandbabies dont like the bread wet. She the tells me 33 cents. I was like huh. We come here several times a week have never been charged for pickles. She then calls me a liar. Saying she has worked 20 years and they always charge. I then tell her I want my money back. Asked her for the corporate number. Which she tells me they dont have and threatens me with the police. So burger king will loss hundreds a week for 33 cents.

I decided to try the Impossible burger to see if what everyone was saying about it was true. Does the Burger King plant based burger really taste like a beef burger. Yes! It does! Great for me since I’m always looking for great tasting vegetarian food. I highly recommend it but would add a slice of cheese for improvement. Staff and service were great. Could be a little cleaner. Seems to be a common problem in fast food restaurants.
