This is probably the best Burger King I’ve had in a long time. I also want to give Michael a shout out who took our order in the drive thru, he was so friendly and kind. We’ve had a hard day traveling so it was just nice to be greeted by a friendly face woth great service. Our whoppers were perfect, hot and fresh. Good hot fries and Onion rings too! Thank you for the excellent service!

I went for my monthly Double Whooper the other day, well let me tell you it was the best Whooper I’ve ever had or seen. I opened the box it came in and noticed they now wrap their whopper differently and I took it out and it was picture perfect. Keep up the great work!!!

I was as nice as I could be because I had a long order and wasn’t trying to upset the staff. So I slowly went through each sandwich that my family wanted which was 3 whoppers two onoin rings, two French fries. Then a chicken sandwich and a bacon burger for myself. Paid in cash by the way which I really dont do often. The guy handed cash out the window and asked me to pull forward because there was starting to be a line. Understandable so I pull forward and wait for my food. There was a lady that came out with the food and I said thank you and I noticed that I was missing 10$ of the 18$ worth of change the man in the window said my change was and asked me to pull forward and mind you at this point I havent gotten a reciept. I ask the girl that came out what I should do and she said do you have the reciept… no I was given change and asked to pull forward. “We’ll if you dont have the receipt than I dont know what I can do for you this isn’t even my store” and she proceeded to walk away… very annoyed I was okay with going home and letting my family know what happened and that I was shorted. Got to my house and my burger and the chicken sandwich and alk the onoin rings weren’t there… so not only did I just pay 48$ but I didn’t even get to eat anything and got shorted on change… there is not way tk make this up and I dont feel me or my family should go back if “i dont know what I can for you” is the only thing I get in response. I got robbed by burger king is what happened… cause if that 10$ didn’t come out of the register than it sure went into the very red eyed employees pocket. Disappointed and truly never want to come back. This had me so upset I even wrote a review abd feel like I waisted more of my time.

I ordered food my family to go. When got home it was all wrong. They was some much salt on it you could not eat it. My hamburger was not made the way I ordered. When I called them to resolve the problem they sent me to there voice mail. So I recommended to eat here.

Updating my review as this place has gone downhill. I get food at 9 am while heading to work and my food is immediately cold, no hashbrowns in store and where the hell is the EGG on my bacon EGG and Cheese croissant?.. wont bother wasting money here anymore.

Very bad experience all staff where yelling and cussing when I came in to order. The whole lobby could hear 3 employees cussing with a very filthy mouth. Then driver thru was taking an order and making fun of the customer right infront of me to the cook. Worst service I’ve ever had and the store in entirety was nasty parking lot and all.
