Honestly the worst experience we’ve ever had here. Burgers were literally hard and we had to wait 20 minutes on our food?! Just to have to go back and have one burger remade. Got home and they were all the same. $25 for fast food and if was all horrible, unacceptable.

so i ordered online and it said it would be ready at 12:42, i got there at 12:48 and went through the drive thru, told the lady my name. She said we don’t have it and i even spelled my name because some people get my name wrong and double checked my location. She continued to say we don’t have it. I couldn’t leave the drive thru because it was backed up behind me and she STILL continued to say on the speaker they don’t have it. So I went inside and guess what? THEY HAD IT. The lady at the register was nice, however when the lady with the headset was told that my order was there, she shook her head. Bad service, never coming to this one again, although they might like that because they clearly want to run off their customers. Hope it goes out of business.

The employees were unprofessional and out of line. We walked in around 5:20pm and left about 6pm. From the moment we got there, there was three employees having and issue. Hunter, Josh and a young male in a red Nike hoodie and a Burger King ball cap. The young male was threatening hunter, telling him to come outside so he could fight him, Josh was antagonistic about it all. Hunter went on break during this going on and Josh was coming from behind the counter multiple times to mess with him while he was off the clock and at a booth. While the young male was still talking and treating. Cussing and laughing loudly. Alisha the manager on duty did nothing to deflect or diffuse the situation and didn’t even get onto any of the employees. When we were walking towards the door I asked Josh what the blonde lady in charges name was and he said do you want an ice cream. I asked again for her name and all the employees started yelling and trying to explain why the young male and Josh were into it with hunter and yet Alisha the manager stood next to them without saying a word. No apologies. Nothing. We will never be back to this location again. I wasted 20$ for a meal that came with ignorance and unprofessional behavior!!!

Digital coupons not honored, manager (Brandi) was unprofessional/confrontational in customer support services, health n safety violations (reachable to the customers (ie. children)) and food quality drop. I would caution safety upon this establishment, until corporate fixes the issues.

i have to rate all how i did for MANY factors. i went into the stone drive location. i tell there was friction there as an employee and manager where having a discussion in the front. when that happens i usually leave as with my luck? something will get screwed up .i decided to place the order inside. ordered the 2 for 5 whopper jr’s. 2 two of them. 1 was bacon swiss, other just bacon. BOTH no lettuce no mayo, extra ketchup. well, only the swiss had bacon on it, both no extra ketchup. the jr’s itself? they are NOW the size of the croisanwiches. hardly anything inside as well at ths time. the patty? the patty is almost as thin and in size to a frozen white castle burger. difference? BK bun is a tad larger. so youre eating all bread pretty much. i ordered a medium fry unsalted. i watched the woman fill the fries, she caught the mistake of them almost being salted, which is good, however, i would have liked her to give me the medium fry i paid for. i had, and yes i did count. 11 fries total in the fry container when i returned home and opened the bag. also, NO i did NOT eat any fries on the way home. why do they never fill the fries up? is it they are trying to conserve cost? or is the employee too much in a RUSH to fill and go to next order. well, soon as i was handed my bag, that was it and she was on to the next. not even asked do i want this or that such as ketchup or sauce for nuggets. no, i assumed all was in the bag i can need. now see this is my issue for ASSUMING as we all know what that means. i should have checked the order before i left but didnt. also as i was leaving? a customer refunded his food order. he ordered, went to sit down and eat, HIS order was wrong as well. i said oh great, here we go. instead i had confidence my order would be correct and left. welp, i was wrong as here i am now writing this for others to be aware of. i am not dumping on the location, i am dumping on the company itself as well as some whom may make or take the orders. comprehension and communication is key. here are the pictures of the items i ordered and took out of the bag as soon as i got to where i was heading.

Did they forget it was breakfast hour? Had to pull around and wait on chicken and french toast sticks, and there was no one there but me. I do not like chicken fresh out of the grease, they need to start telling people that they will have to wait on chicken instead of just surprising them at the window.
