I tell you on Wednesdays be prepared for a LONG WAIT both inside and drive thru. I am so excited they got a new drink machine that has a thousand options. The diet coke cherry here is literally the best EVER! Food is good great service, just be patient.

We saw the new commercial for their mushroom Swiss burger and it looked great! But of course reality was quite different. We hadn’t been to BK in a long time and we certainly won’t be back again any time soon.

We went inside so we should have gotten hot food – nope – lukewarm at best. The taste of the burger was quite disappointing too. Nothing like the grilled flavor their burgers used to have. On top of that, the bun wasn’t grilled, and there were very few mushrooms. Save your time and money. Walk away and eat somewhere decent. Our $10 would have been better spent somewhere else.

Decided I wanted a flame grilled burger for dinner after leaving work, so I pulled into the newly remodeled Burger King… what a terrible mistake that ended up being. The line for the drive-thru was out to the road, no big deal since it was during dinner time. I pulled into a parking spot and made a mobile order on the app (which worked flawlessly) and proceeded to get into line for the drive-thru. It took several minutes per car for each car to place their order as after each vehicle place their order, the person taking the orders would make the next vehicle wait (my wait at the speaker was several minutes). During my time sitting and waiting, multiple employees walked outside for cigarette breaks (I’m not complaining, they deserve their break time). After I finally make it to the window, I sit there for several more minutes with my order bag sitting on the counter getting colder and colder and the drink had not even been made yet. The man (a very large man) working the drive-thru had absolutely ZERO business being the employee to operate a busy drive-thru window. Unfortunately, he had NO ABILITY to multi-task and likely the primary reason the drive-thru was backed up as it was. He was friendly but he handed me the bag sitting on the counter behind him (my order) and said he needed to make my drink. Made my drink and handed it to me and was polite. However I found the food was already near cold. I would rate my burger quality as to something that was made hours ago and then microwaved before being allowed to sit on the counter and get cold again… This is a very recently remodeled location that often has long lines…. poor management or ownership needs to be addressed to correct staffing issues previously mentioned and poor food quality going out the window to the paying customers. I may try once more in the distance future to see if anything has improved, but this was definitely strike two of poor service times and food quality since the re-opening a very short time ago.

New building, same crappy quality. I came through after working all day and getting my children from school and probably should have just gone to Wendy’s or McDonald’s. I ordered a whopper jr with special requests (extra patty, no pickles, extra mayo, extra onions, add cheese, fresh off the broiler) I always ask for fresh off the broiler (I even told the lady I didn’t mind the wait) because I want freshly cooked HOT burger patties (as I know fast food places hold meat to be served which is nasty tasting). I should have known when I pulled up to the drive thru window and my bag was already sitting there that my part were NOT going to be FRESH OFF THE BROILER…. what I got was pickles on my burger, no ketchup, and the patties were clearly not fresh off the broiler and had the consistency of patties that had been sitting in a holding pan in a pool of water and grease and were ice cold. I also ordered a Large onion ring and the cup was only half full and the rings weren’t even cooked fully and were raw and ice cold. The employees were friendly and the new building is easier on the eyes, but that doesn’t take away from the absolute horrible quality of the food they are allowing to go out and the lack of accommodating the customer’s requests. I HIGHLY recommend re-training the employees. We will wait a while til we go back to this location again and will see if any of the legitimate complaints from us customers have fallen on deaf ears or not. Do better y’all!!

Slow service but nice staff. My burger was cold. I didn’t take it back. It took more than 12 minutes to get a Whopper Jr combo. I didn’t want to wait another 12 minutes for a 2nd one. The restaurant looks good and was clean.

They are slow waiting in drive thru for 30 minutes and food was cold never going to that place again the employees were standing around and talking. Went to 7 blew right beside it order my drink and in and out 5 minutes

The lady that took my order was kind and patient. I had never used the mobile app and she showed me how to use it for next time. She didn’t have to help me as much as she did and went above and beyond. Which was a nice change since almost all fast food workers are rude, impatient, and do not usually seem to care. This lady was nothing like that and I hope they’re are more like her!

So I just got out of the line Burger King after it seemed like I waited for a hour in-line to get when I got my food she forgot my fries so I had to park and go back in to get them and by the time I got home my food was cold and I was not in the mood to eat anymore Do better Burger King I was looking forward to eating there since they had been closed but I see nothings changed

The service was great. The person at the drive up was very friendly, however the food was cold. I ordered a Whopper Junior meal and the only thing I had out of the whole meal was the drink. I had to throw the rest out. I won’t be going back.

Lucky there is a Weigel’s next to the Burger King on the Volunteer Parkway in Bristol Tennessee. They have a microwave you can use to heat up your Double Cheese Burger because every time I get one there it is cold. The cheese is not melted and the buns must be kept in a refrigerator they are chilled. None the less 20 seconds in the Microwave (the microwave there is very efficient) and it is all melty goodness!
