My boss & I stopped for lunch. I can’t even remember the food because I was so repulsed by my drink!!! I requested a cup for water & used the ice dispenser & water dispenser. Fortunately, I did not put a lid on my cup since I hadn’t filled it. When we returned to work, as the water in the cup became lower, I began to see some particles in my cup. They were grayish black & appeared to be mold. I returned to the store with my cup of yuck & spoke with the general manager. I asked her if they cleaned the ice machine & showed her the cup. She stated that they cleaned the ice machine regularly & that she suspected the debris came from the water dispenser since they had had this problem in the past. WHAT??? Apparently they are NOT cleaning the nozzles on the drink dispenser. I will not be returning to this location because that makes me wonder what else they’re failing to maintain.

Some previous customers were giving these girls a hard time tonight. I go to this Burger King a lot and never have issues. Tonight my bun was burnt; not the end of the world. I was already home by the time I saw it but all you have to do is ask for them to fix the problem and they will. You don’t have to treat fast food workers like trash because you’re miserable with your life.
