I ordered 2 BK Royal Crispy Wrap meals $18. Cold, carelessly thrown together with the wrap not wrapped at all. Staff was rude and couldnt care less. I hate this location, i have lived on Signal MTN for over 10 years and have never had a good experience here. Stop hiring the worst bottom of the barrel employees.

Hate to leave a bad review, but all items in my order were wrong. Paid for cheese, didn’t get it, the wrap is a crime (pitifully small, not worth $1, let alone $3), and got no toppings on my “Mexican Street Corn” Whopper. Avoid this location and the wrap.

Hate to be leaving this review today they usually are on point in my experience but probably the worst whopper I’ve ever had in my life today ordered a Texas double whopper for one they gave me a single ….so I take it back up there and tell them I need a double another they put onion and tomato when I specifically said no tomato or onion and the bigger lady rolled her eyes like it was my fault you messed my order up lmao guess I wasn’t the right skin tone cause an African American complained about their order and it didn’t seem to be an issue and they even got an apology all I got was an incorrect sandwich once again and it had guess what ? Tomato and onion on it and for some reason the bun was super soggy like it was wet or something and half a jar of mayo and no bbq sauce so needless to say I will not be back to this location guess you have to be African American to be treated with respect

The sign on the door says open til 10:00 pm in the lobby and drive through til midnight every day. Manager says lobby is closed at 9:00pm and ignores patrons inside at 9:01 pm. Will never use this Burger King again.

Ordered a whopper with no tomatoes and lite mayo and sweet tea. Burger drowned in mayo, fries are over salted, and sweet tea is sour. Location needs new workers or just needs to be shut down. Anybody leaving a good review may work there or has a family member or friend who works there.

Went to Burger King expecting to receive a whopper MELT that I have seen advertised all over tv lately. Instead I received very soggy and barely toasted buns on my burger and COLD cheese that does not even look like it was even attempted to be melted. So disappointed.
