Saw an ad for the Burger King “Brisket Burger” and stopped in for one. Well . . . . They don’t have it. So, I get a Whopper, plain, with BBQ sauce only and asked for a senior Coke (Which is supposed to be 55 cents) The girl that took my order was very nice, but obviously not trained by BK. I told her that I was both a senior and a disabled American Veteran. (BK Corporate website offers discounts but this store does NOT!) My order was over $9.00 for one plain burger and a senior Coke! Ridiculous! The assistant manager would not make it right, except to offer me a cookie or larger soft drink! Wouldn’t help my diet, at all. I was charged full price, PLUS $2.39 for a 55 cent drink! They would not provide a refund. Seniors and Vets . . . Beware. This store does not like us!

We came here for lunch today and did not have a very good experience.
The food was good but the lack of customer service was why there were only 2 stars given.
After ordering (which was quick and correct) we waited over 5 minutes for our food because there was a customer requesting a refund and it took 3 employees to figure it out. When they finally did figure out what to do, the manager decided that it would be a good teaching opportunity. Nothing wrong with that except that she (manager) was trying to show the woman who was making our food how to do the refund on the register instead of making our food. It was at this time that I stepped up and asked how much longer it would take for our meals and the person behind us waiting for theirs. The manager asked how long we had been waiting and I told her over five minutes. She then asked what my order number was and when I told her she looked at the order board. I asked her how long it had been and she told me over five minutes. This is the point where I told her that it decidedly was not time for a teaching moment at which time she came up with the excuse that the woman who was supposed to be making the food was logged into the computer and that it was her drawer they were using. Eventually she told the employee to finish making our order. Once we got the food my girlfriend got a completely different sandwich than what she ordered. We had to take it back and wait for the correct sandwich to be made.
Management at this restaurant is a joke. They do not understand what customer service actually means. And as for “Have it your way, You rule” that only applies when the manager wants it to. Sadly we will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon even though the food (once we got it and got it correctly) was good.

One of the better Burger Kings that I’ve been to. It could have been cleaned up a little bit better, but the service was good and the food was good. I got my hamburger with the condiments on the side, building the burger myself. The fries were fresh and the chicken sandwich was good.

Great customer service. The manager, Brittney, does a great job. They made a small mistake with my food and she immediately had a fresh burger made for me, brought us dessert free of charge, and gave a full a refund. We weren’t expecting all of that but she went above and beyond to mage sure we left happy. Thank you, Brittney!

Ridiculously slow drive thru. Seriously, go to a real restaurant and sit down and a waitress will serve you faster. Fries were cool to the touch, had zero salt, zero taste, were as chewy as the bun my sandwich came on, and were covered in spots. I honestly don’t know how you screw fries up THAT badly. Sandwiches were only slightly hotter than lukewarm and poorly wrapped. We were never asked if we wanted our meals upsized, and the kid who took our order and gave us our food seemed like he was bored with working there.
But at least we got our receipt I can take the survey and reiterate our disappointment to corporate, so that was nice.

My basketball team and I pulled up only to get ice. A worker was in a car assuming she was going to leave, she jumped out immediately running to go inside thinking the whole team was going to order. They were out of ice but allowed us to fill up two bags with ice from the drink machine. She did not charge us. Great service and great work ethic.
