Brought my grandbabies 9/29/25 around 2pm and had the worst experience. We were the only customs at that time. The man with long greasy hair at the register was putting his hand under his shirt scratching his stomach right in front of us. Had to ask to have a table wiped off cause all were nasty. The guy literally slopped water all over the tables. The bathroom was disgusting. Last trip there for sure.

I was on a road trip with my family and got an Oreo shake, 3/4 of the way through my shake I found a chunk of burger meat in my shake it was clearly burger meat due to the flavor texture and color I am beyond grossed out I have puked after this too. Yes, it is 450 on November 7, 2025. I just walked out of this. Burger King. The little girl at the cashier really just shrugged her shoulders at us when we asked what size drink and fries came with a cheeseburger combo before that my husband asked her if there were any sandwiches on special right now and she said I don’t know and shrugged her shoulders. So I cannot comment on the food, but that was ridiculous so we turned around and politely walked out, but I would not recommend coming here. The girl act like she didn’t wanna be here. She didn’t care if you don’t know something you turn around you ask your shift leader or you ask your manager you find out the answer to the question that the customer wants this was ridiculous. I do not recommend stopping here. I really would like to be saying some choice words right now, but very disappointed that was insane.

Went through the drive through today, Only reason I gave the atmosphere a 3 because I did not go inside so I do not want to be unfair I don’t know what it was like on the inside. However I Ordered their brisket wapper combo large sizeIt means large drink large prize. Requested an extra Patty so it would be a double. Then I saw the advertisement for the new onion crispy whopper and requested explanation of what’s in it for the advertisement clicked over to something different. The female inside side could not explain it had to ask for help. I was told it had crispy onion rings whopper and some kind of sauce. I didn’t said I would like to add just the sandwich to my order. The female taking the order erased the original brisket combo and put the crispy Onion Whopper As the only item on the order. I had to interrupt her and tell her no I still wanted the brisket combo double wiper as a large. So it was added back. When I arrived at the window. With a $12 combo and an $8 sandwich I was told $27.80…. I questioned the math and asked if the taxes Are almost $10. My response that I received was we don’t do math it’s the system. I requested that she explain Where the additional money was we don’t do math you have to talk to the people who run the system. So I am in the understanding that a simple GED or high school diploma is not required to work at Burger King. I do hope their minimum wage is about $7They do not deserve more than that with the type of attitude an unprofessionalism that they give. I got snapped at do I still want the food. Of course I want the food or I wouldn’t be able to get it. I paid the outrageous overpriced Bill. And drove 25 miles home. I get home the brisket Whopper has no brisket on it only cheese 2 patties tomatoes onion rings bbq and crispy onions. The Krispy onion whopper has no onion rings no bacon very few crispy onions. See photos. I did not drive The 25 miles back to the restaurant to complain or exchange my food I fed it to my dogs. They don’t get sick and die. I would suggest avoiding this ridiculous excuse for a Burger King it does not meet anywhere near the standards of a Burger King. I would put all the employees who work the drive through. Into a retraining program on professionalism customer service And food handling. handling. There is a Wendy’s nearby closer to town there is a Hardy’sI also across the street offers a better burger than the ridiculousness that came from this Burger King.

Doordasher here. I was ignored for quite a few minutes along with other people who had been in there before me. There was a balding woman who kept looking our way but ignored us. Not only that, but she was openly being rude to the other employees for simple things.
I had to loudly ask if they had a Doordash ready, mostly because I saw it sitting there. The lady with balding hair was not only ignoring everyone, but ignored me yet again and asked another customer if they wanted cheese. The kind lady from drive-thru saw what was going on and stepped up and handed me the order.
It is rare to never I get outright ignored like I was this morning, at the very least she could’ve said something along the lines of “I’m sorry about your wait, I’ll be with you as soon as I can.” Not a word out of her mouth the entire time, just plain rude.

First of all the employees at the drive thru in the mornings aren’t friendly at all and the biscuits are so hard you can’t eat them i asked for a soft biscuit and I could hear the woman laugh at drive thru I got to work and it wasn’t fit to eat hard as a rock no joke, I dont have time to go back and complain and I shouldn’t have to sit there and check make sure my order is correct so Hardee’s or Wendy’s from now on im done

The only positive observation I can think to share was that the manager on duty helped find a coupon code for my meal after realizing that the one I was attempting to use was expired. Otherwise, the restaurant was excessively filthy and not properly stocked. There were approximately 7 employees, 2 were management, all of which were standing around as if there was a shortage of tasks to attend to. Food was not very far from being cold.

I’ve taken my family here a couple of times in hopes that it would be better. However after multiple visits, employees talking about sexual activities, the general manager cutting up with them and my food being could we will not be going back. Someone really needs to do something about this, I feel like this restaurant could be very profitable if it had a different crew or management. I’ve worked in fast food for years and I would never allow my team to speak the way this group was. Also the drive thru was parking all the cars instead of serving them promptly. I saw a car set and wait 20+ mins for one bag of food.
