What’s wrong with Burger King & McDonald!!! What type of people are you trying to hire! Do you really want to push customers away well that’s okay never again, the person who handing was cleaning her nose with her naked hand where she use to pack my items inside the bag !!!! I don’t know where to start! We pulled in when a truck that was in front of us pulled away because they had been sitting at the ordering speaker for a while with no answer. We pulled up and the same thing happened to us (my husband and I). We then pulled to the window after waiting 10 minutes in the line and getting no answer at the speaker. When we got to the window we notified the lady (very politely) that the speaker wasn’t working. She said, “Oh I’m sorry you’ll have to drive around again”. She said the speaker works when we pulled around she finally answered. We placed an order for a double Patty Impossible Whopper and after 20 minutes of being there she says they only have one. She didn’t offer to cook one fresh or anything. There was no sincerity, no willingness to assist, they clearly didn’t want to be there and this was the WORST visit to Burger King I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been eating at Burger King for 40 years. There was no existence of good customer service. It only spared they were there to get paid. This Nashboro village location MUST do better, or close down.

The lady taking the order through the drive thru was really rude. She gave me attitude when I tried to order a meal. She didn’t answer through the intercom and then I went to the window and said that I was rude for that. She said I should have waited until someone answer but I waited for 2 minutes with no answer. And then she tried to play it like I was in the wrong. Rude for no reason. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you can’t handle the lack of respect that they have.

Ordered the Soaring Flame Combo. Got fries instead of mozzarella sticks. I REALLY dont know why this tends to be difficult especially for the cost of fast food now. Was already home before I checked.

The woman wouldn’t allow me and my sister with her service animal to order anything or wait for the Uber ride. It’s was freezing.. The woman stated that they did not allow any dogs along with service dogs in that restaurant.

Had a great experience here. I judged the book too soon and ended up talking with the GM at this location because I thought my food was wrong. Turns out, I put the order in wrong myself. The GM didn’t argue, put. Up a fuss, nor did she give any attitude. She simply laughed and joked with me about MY mistake and even showed me how to use the kiosk thing. I definitely appreciate her because it was me that made the mistake and she didn’t have to go out of her way to help me, but she did! She showed me that I RULE!!!!
