I really got treated rudely at the villa Italian kitchen next door to Burger King. Burger King saves our tour at the end of the day. MELISSA AND ADRIANA WERE VERY POLITE, pleasant voices. They apologized for the misconduct that I received from their rude neighbors (villa Italian kitchen), they didn’t have to do that, but thank you for your hospitality MELISSA AND ADRIANA FOR BURGER KING. It’s usually pretty good. I guess they don’t like mobile orders. I got only one very small tomato slice ony whopper. I know there is supposed to be two slices. I know they are busy because it is a mall location. Still, it was disappointing.

I have posted a photo of applesauce that was a part of my son’s kids meal. The applesauce is beyond moldy and is utterly disgusting and unacceptable! The employee who gave us the meal didn’t even look at the applesauce before putting it in the bag! The manager asked if I wanted my $4 back and I told her to not worry about it. I will be contacting their corporate office! And we will NEVER eat there again!

This burger King can’t handle its customers with any amount of care. After waiting an unusually large amount of time to even order, I had to repeat myself several times to make sure my order was right. After this I was given my order without any of the sauce I ordered. I spoke to the manager to get my sauces, but she refused to give me the ones I ordered because the cashier forgot to type them in. I offered to pay and she told me I had to get back in the line. While I understand the need for order, when an employee messes up an order, it is the responsibility of the business to make it right. This is the last time my family eats at this establishment.

So slow. I stood in line, waiting for my food for 25 minutes. The order taker did my have a good command of English and had a hard time understanding me. The cooks mosied around slowly as if no one was there and with never a smile. Then, to top it all off, the order was wrong, but I wasn’t about to go back. One cook had loose hair down to her knees. Aren’t they supposed to wear hair up or in hairnets? From now on, if I want Burger King, it won’t be from Opry Mills Mall.

8 people were behind the counter but only 2 of them we working. One of the young ladies that was at the cash register gave me attitude when I simply asked for ketchup and honey mustard after I got my food.

THE WORST! 5 people working on the Wed. before Xmas and only 2 of them were working. The other three were just standing around. Waited 20 minutes and never saw food get handed out to anyone, when I finally got to the register, they told me that particular burger King was a franchise and doesnt accept the Burger King App. Pathetic! Won’t ever go back there…
