Slow service while ordering. Waited like ten minutes for cold food. Food must have been cooked in bulk instead of as ordered. Both chicken sandwiches as well as a big bacon were cold. I should have known when there was no wait. Several employees standing around eating behind the counter. Female employee who took payment, then gave me our drinks and then finally our cold food never said a word. Not hello or thank you. I understand the short staffing issues but this seemed more like a lack of direction by the manager or mgmt team. It will be awhile before we come back I hope you can fix the issues because I would hate to lose another Burger King.

Ordered the Bacon king burger with extra cheese and extra bacon via the app. When I opened the burger at home. No extra cheese no extra bacon. No ketchup or Mayo on the burger. It took 30 minutes through the app for my burger to be ready. This is the second time. I will not be back to Portland Burger King

Drive-thru staff must have been having a bad day.. they are usually much better. We had to pull up to wait for our order and told them at the window before moving what sauces I needed and ketchup.. ok they promise as we move down to wait for our meal order..15 minutes later no fries no sauces.. frustrating

I ordered on the app and went in the location and did not have to wait, which was great. Got the food and went to the car and that is when I realized they didn’t put my fries in the bag. I went back in, told the young lady whom appeared to be a manager. She had an employee get the fries and put them in a bag. She handed them to me without any apology or saying anything at all.
