We came at 4:30 pm on a Saturday, the doors were locked. Another guest let us in, that was weird. The bathrooms smelled like cattle had been living in it and the place was aesthetically bare(it is a Burger King I know, but come on). Looks like only two works were running the place, upper management dealt them a bad deal feel sorry for them just trying to do their job. I would not stop here again.

Used the app because I waited at the order speaker for about 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Then they didn’t have milkshakes after I’d paid for it but they couldn’t refund because I used the app. Asked for a manager and he said I should definitely tell corporate this is an issue they have all the time. Then, magically, the milkshake is made. While the manager is still complaining about the app, my food is sitting inside the window getting cold. Finally, I asked if that was my order and hurried off…

Waited over 45 mins in the drive-thru line to pick up my online order that had already been paid. 15 of those mins were actually spent at the window waiting for my order. Icee’s were melted, toppings on my burgers were wrong. Several employees were inside. This location is hit or miss. I really wish corporate would step in and get this location together. We don’t have many choices in PV for fast food and this certainly was not fast.

The best thing I can say is that the restaurant is fairly clean. I understand that they could possibly be short handed. But it literally took 30 mins for 3 burger and a chicken sandwich. Also literally watched an employee not wash their hands.

Dirty, poor customer service, I did an online order for dine in. The didn’t acknowledge my family when we walked in and waited for 20mins before asking where is our order. The didn’t even have it ready. They were not busy. Trash is overflowing and every table is dirty. Gross
