I visit here quite while I’m in this since the team up with Walmart Plus and the discount they offer. So I can contest they serve consistently decent quality food and the service is never lacking. Their lobby could definitely use some help and the entrance is a little confusing but the drive through speed is great and they have never once gotten an order wrong.

I will say, several years ago this location was a no-go for multiple reasons. I waited to my second visit to put in this review. What a wonderful turn-around. The lot is clean, the outside of the building and the drive thru screens are spotless. The food, 10x improved. And the service staff are truly amazing. Today, I was greeted at the drive thru with; “Welcome to Burger King, where you rule. My name is Troy, how can I help you today.” Wow, and the enthusiasm of Troy and the warm smile of the woman handing me my food was a wonderful experience.

Its just not what it used to be.. service is still good.. but the burger patties don’t come hot like they used to. It’s like they only come room temperature and they don’t even taste the same. I have gotten a double whopper several times from here and got home to eat it to realize that they only put one pattie on it vs Two patties. That’s happened several times.. other then that.. it’s alright.

The guy at the drive thru is really good…I think his name is Antonio. He has a real command of the orders and after I paid for my order, he had a bag with my straw and 3 ketchup packets ready. We have a choice of two Burger Kings in this part of Murfreesboro and this location is good. First off I have to say..Burger King is my favorite fast food hamburger joint. We were so disappointed !!! There was 1 table occupied when we went inside. We waited 12 minutes for our order. My bacon King was just warm, my daughters crispy chicken also barely warm. As long as the wait was they could have dropped down a fresh one. And the fries.. luke warm. There were no straws, no napkins at the drink station and our feet were sticking to the floor. I understand that customers spill drinks. Still … not like they were busy. Lastly.. there was a up charge to my Bacon King because I wanted lettuce.

This restaurant was very disappointing. We had to wait over five minutes in the drive-through for two drinks. The drive-through window had barbecue sauce smeared on it. I ordered the BK café frappe and when I got it it was an inch and a half from the top of the cup. Not even a full.

Placed an online order with pickup set 15 minutes out because, you know, cars, speed limits, and those pesky red lights. I got there a little early—no big deal—they finished my $30+ order and I happily drove home, ready for a romantic burger-and-fries dinner with my wife.
The burgers weren’t labeled, so we played “Unwrap and Guess,” a fun new dinner game where the only difference was my wife’s had tomatoes. Then came the plot twist: my BBQ Brisket Whopper had everything except… brisket.
I called, slightly upset that I’d just paid extra for a game of “Where’s Waldo: Meat Edition.” The manager cheerfully told me, “Oh, there isn’t much on there—it surprises most people. Look under the cheese, that’s where we hide it.” Hide it? Like it’s the Ark of the Covenant? Sure enough, I performed a delicate cheese surgery and uncovered a single lonely brisket morsel hiding like it owed child support.
So yes, the “BBQ Brisket Burger” comes with 9 bites of burger and exactly 1 bite of brisket. I drove back, got a remake, and by the time I returned home—30 minutes later—my French fries and mozzarella fries had gone cold and sad, like my ruined date night with the wife.
Moral of the story: If you order the brisket burger, bring a magnifying glass, a scalpel, and zero expectations.

Xtreme taste
Let’s start of with i just moved here from Florida and I have to say I have ate at this restaurant about 6 times now and each time I have came and ate here is very clean the service is amazing and the food even better if I could I would give 6 stars overall this place is a 10 out of 10 place to eat.

The last time I came here the staff kept staring at us and was not friendly at all. The man in the back serving food was rude. If you are a person of color do not come here.
