I’ve been here three times in the last 2 days once at dinner inside, once then you drive through for breakfast and once in the afternoon inside. Each time the team was incredibly unprofessional. During the evening visit the young lady who was at the front register who’s in the back making all kinds of jokes with the boys about how they had never had sex with a pregnant girl I’m making all kinds of sexual jokes and things. During the morning visit someone named Bob who was the general manager really told us all that he’s understand we’re all going to just have to wait if we don’t like it we can call corporate. I’m inside right now at 2:00 p.m. on Friday where some girl with some kind of dreadlocks pulled up on her head talking to some kid with colored hair about how she’s tired of hearing Bob’s mouth there’s two other customers here waiting neither of them got their food from the drive-thru so they’re trying to figure out what their orders are and where their food is completely unprofessional

Food was good and they did exactly what I asked. They were not impolite but——-He Took my order without any smile or comment. My order was to go and they were not busy at all. She called my number, sit my bag down and turned her back. Both of them were standing there with no other customers or doing anything else. Whatever happened to customer service with a smile or have a nice day? I felt happy going in and not so much going out! I know it should be about the food but common curtesy can go a long way.

To be honest, I’ve never had a poor interaction with the staff and my orders are rarely wrong, and they typically fix it quickly. I know of one family member who said they went in one time after a drive-thru order to correct a burger mistake, and they acted like she was an idiot and openly ridiculed her for “caring so much.” I like to think this was a fluke, but you never know. Personally, I really enjoy their fries, their sweet and fun staff, and the fun vibes. Thank you so much to everyone who works in fast food to feed our little town <3

Two ladies in the drive thru are awful. Rude. Snotty. No customer service skills. Argues back and forth with me to make excuses about what I was complaining about. Trying to normalize snotty behavior. Have contacted corporate and will go all the way BECause their attitude stinks!!!!

The manager here is the breaking point of this location. The way he speaks to customers AND staff is abysmal. There are still some friendly staff members, but you can hardly fault the mood in the building on them. 9 times out of 10 in the past year or two our order is wrong in some way. Most of the time we take our food and press on (BK is still my husband’s favourite at the end of the day) but there have been several times I’ve had to go back and usually not met with much kindness. HOWEVER the few there that have a soul and are genuine are an absolute god send and I appreciate their service greatly. My money spent here though is thanks to a burger appreciating husband that deserves nostalgic treats when I’m able. I’d love to see the quality control and ambience improve, the staff deserve better as do the customers.

I recently came in for the first time since June because every time I went there was a problem and sure enough my food was awful and after much aggravation I was given a $10 credit and that’s the only reason why I went back and on my second trip my fries were oversalted, I was missing the zesty sauce for my onion rings, the fork for my pie, any napkins and when I complained I was told they would do nothing because I had gotten “multiple resolutions” in the past 30-60 days. Ok I’ve only been there twice in that time and ONE credit and when I asked them when exactly the dates of these “multiple” times were they refused to give them then blamed the store. At this point I wouldn’t go back there if they offered me a $50 credit. DO NOT GO HERE they don’t care about making and bagging the orders correctly and they will not make their mistakes right. The only positive thing I can say is that the person who handed me my order was nice.

Came in to get food. Kid working there if you could call it that rudely told us to go through the drive thru. I politely gave him some constructive criticism and told them they should lock the doors if they didn’t want customers. He said he didn’t care because Sunday is his last day. Just because you only have a few days left to work doesn’t mean have a bad attitude and give poor service. No one else working there even tried to step in and properly handle the situation. So we left and went somewhere else to eat.

Ate lunch 17 .00 for 2 junior burgers 2 small fries 2 drinks . Ordered 1 drink 1 water charged twice on sales tax also rounded up .80 when I said no. This will be my last time there. I thought it was high but did not realize this until i looked at my receipt.

I went in and the woman behind the counter just looked at me. She never acknowledged me and I stood there for 10 minutes before she ever took my order. Very rude. I guess burger king has forgot that it is the customer that keeps them in a job.
