Never had a good experience at this location…..I don’t go often….the food is ok but never made fresh or hot

If I could give a zero star for this location I would. Order food for the family and absolutely non of the burger came with anything on them. Both bacon king burgers only had mayo and bacon. No cheese ketchup pickles nothing. Fries are barely filly and drinks were half full. I would recommend going to any other location than wait in the long lines for the 1 person inside to half make your meal for the price you pay.

If I could give a zero for all the times the staff were rude and didn’t care about anything I would. Pretending to have the system down an hour before closing is happening a lot. The ice cream machine is alway down but they still let you being charged and don’t informed the DoorDash driver. I wish Burger King will take some accountability and hire people who wants to work there. Or at least people with some motivation instead of lazy and extremely arrogant staff.

This isn’t the first time this has happened..but get there at 9:30 to see some staff out talking/smoking and a cone lazily placed near the drive thru. No signs anywhere besides the hours that say they are open til 11.. lights still on and everything.

Dropped in specifically for the Italian chicken sandwich, took advantage of the two for $6 deal. Not only is there supposed to be sauce on both sides, there’s not enough sauce between both sandwiches to cover just one of them. The whole point of the sandwich is the sauce. There are just too many food options around here to give this place a second chance. An extra star was given for good customer service at the drive-thru.

Came in about 4:30 on Wednesday afternoon, store was slow so it’s hard to judge how do things go when busy. Anyway, I was prompted fast, food order was correct so was my meal. Taste was as expected so I have no reason to complain about that at all.

It’s bad enough when they mess up your order but the majority of my recent staff interactions have been horrible. Sheila at the drive thru not has no desire to be friendly or efficient. Today I gave her a partial gift card to cover part of my order and cash to cover the rest and she ran it backward and argued she can’t open the drawer to give change if cash and gc are used together. I have seen it done but this woman was not worth arguing with. Definitely recommend staying away from this place.

Ordered through the drive through and got laughed at by the lady over the squawk-box when I mentioned a coupon. Drove away immediately after as I felt confident I was going to get my meal sabotaged. Made my way to Whataburger where the service was far better.
