Stopped by for a quick breakfast grabbed a couple sausage egg and cheese croissants also bacon egg and cheese croissant and some hash browns. It was good. If your in a hurry it’s ok. This was my first time trying this location it was a good experience we went through the drive-thru the lady was really super nice friendly. For was good.

I hope the owner of the franchise who just spent quite a bit of money renovating is stopping in regularly to check on how this location is being run. We have attempted to get food from this location 4 times since the renovation. We have waited over 20 mins each time for our meal. Each time we’ve gone in, all employees except the cook are sitting in the back on their phones while the cook is doing everything. Take note of the chick fila down the street that takes 4 mins per order versus this Burger King taking 20+ mins with 1/8 of the customers. I know if I’d invested in the renovation of this location, I’d want to see it being run better. Note – we came during dinner hour when the staff should all be completely engaged and getting orders out quickly.

Order on the app a smoke house burger, a rodeo burger, halves (half fries/half onion rings), and a Dr. Pepper. Was given my order at the pickup window. Checked my order and found there were no onion rings on the burgers, come with onion rings on them, only fries, and a coke cola .
Pulled back around to the speaker, no response. Pulled to the payment window, attendant looked at me and walked away from the window, was forced to wait for 2 minutes . Pulled to the pick up window, before pick up window attendant came to the window. When attendant came to the window, they glared then opened the window.
I started the conversation, “Hi, I have some issues with my order…” The attendant interrupted, yelling “We are out of onion rings!” cutting me off. It was obvious that I was only going to receive abuse and my order was not going to be rectified. I opted to drive away from the situation and address the issue with headquarters.
I emailed thorough the Burger King app where I was only given 1 voucher ticket of 15$, for a 16.77$ order. I was seeking refund. I was told by Jessica at Burger King that “… that we can only offer you a coupon as a refund is not an option in this case…”. I responded back with prof of my order with receipts. They continued to refuse to provided a refund to my debit card.

My wife and I went to the Burger King in Cool Springs Franklin, for the first time since its renovation. The self service ordering is confusing and a disaster. A gentleman that was sitting there told me that three different people left in frustration since they couldn’t figure out how to order. A fourth person left while we were sitting there waiting for our food. My wife and I tried to order with much confusion, we had to flag down the gentleman that was managing the drive-through and verbally gave him our order. He did the best he could under the circumstances. The wait for our food was extremely long. The food was poor. Prior to the renovation, the Burger King was fair now it’s terrible. I will not go back except to use the drive through if at all. Burger King does not care about its customers. The changes that were made certainly prove that out.

A good piece of business advice that I received many years ago was “A confused customer says no.”

My mother visited the Cool Springs Burger King recently and was accidentally overcharged for her usual order. Before she even said anything, another employee caught the mistake on his own, pointed it out, and immediately corrected it by refunding the entire bill.

What could have been a frustrating experience ended up showing real integrity. The staff went out of their way to make it right, and that kind of honesty and customer care reflects what “Have It Your Way” should look like. We truly appreciated how they handled it.

This location is my favorite one. Always clean and neat. Food tasted great and on time. All team members nice, professional and welcoming. Outside of the store is kept clean and landscaping is quite nice to what is usually standard for fast food joints. Restrooms kept clean which is always something that I check. Now I need to stop typing and get to my burger

I ordered 2 sausage croissants and a large hash browns. The sausage was cold and the cheese look like it’s been sitting on the bread for awhile. The egg was cold too. Yuck!!!! The hash browns were old and nasty. I guess it doesn’t matter which Burger King you go too the food is usually the same trash. I thought being Franklin and all they might have better service or food I was wrong!!! Won’t be back again!!!

Drive through crew don’t move with a sense of urgency the way i sat in line for over 30mins you would think they would move and try and get the orders out but nothing i even asked for ketchup and Bbq i didn’t receive it in my bag please work on Being fast you had people leaving out the line because they wasn’t moving fast o would have left if i had more time but i know not to come to this location ordered my food at 3:20 got my order at 3:58

Excellent customer service, polite and friendly staff. Food was fresh, made to perfection and delicious!! I went around lunch time so a line is to be expected, but there was absolutely NO wait – they move at the pace of human beings, NOT robots. I was told to have a good day at both windows which is very rare these days, unfortunately.
