New General Manager, Pretty Awesome and firm but fair to all employees. Definitely recommend going here if you haven’t yet and giving this place a chance. Seems to be up and running much better now. 9/10.

When we arrived in the dining room one of the employees was changing a trash bag behind the counter and said “Hi, unfortunately we’re open” almost went to a different restaurant at that point. Then I decided I wanted to order a new Whopper with the Mushrooms, that same employee interrupts the cashier and myself ordering and says “get it without the mushrooms” and then proceeded to complain about the smell of the mushrooms. Then I waited about 10 minutes for them to put the mushrooms on my burger. Usually this location does a good job, however if you don’t want to work at Burger King find another job dude!

Mostly there for breakfast with my parents. Always great. Always fast. Great coffee. Hadn’t eaten there for lunch in years, so I stopped one day when I happened to be in town. Was never a “Whopper Person”, but this one was fantastic. Besides, not many places serve onion rings.
Sad edit- Everyone can have a bad day, but an entire shift? Came in for breakfast with my parents as usual, but today was different. They were out of coffee. Both the front of house as well as the drive thru. One goes off the “make some more”… never saw them again. Second person comes up to ask what we needed, since there was now a line, I said coffee and the look on their face told me the one employee not only did not make any more coffee they didn’t tell anyone else either.

Service was good. Tables weren’t clean in the dining room however they did clean one per request and very friendly. Wasn’t busy so food wasn’t very hot.

Always slow. Food is always good. Go today and “the dining room is closed” so the door was locked and I couldn’t go in to pick up my food. Had to sit in extra long drive thru line because of this even though I specifically ordered pick up. Unacceptable.

Worst BK in the middle TN area, order two combos for the two of us eating right before the lunch rush so like 1135-1140ish. All the food was sold cold that it felt like it had been in the fridge. Tried to get my food replaced with warm food, and the onion rings came out so soggy, greasy, and cold. I lost it ask for refund then left, when your about to hit a lunch rush and everything going out is cold you need to get out of the fast food industry.

Trash cans are over flowing with trash, floors are dirty with food and just look nasty. Ice machine doesn’t work in the lobby, we had to wipe/clean our own table off. Bad bad bad experience.

We got there around 10.45 Wednesday. I have never gotten a bad meal until then. The patties were barley warm, the bun was cold in the middle and there wasn’t any grill marks on the patty. It actually looked like a big Mac patty!! Get rid of your cook!!!
