I was not even in here for 10 minutes as soon as I went in there, I ordered my junior Chicken Sandwich with extra lettuce, they said junior chicken down and that thing came out within like 2 minutes, fresh fries, super polite voice. Waited a hour for food that was cold. Instead of getting a refund i got the stupid app credit. Tried again today and still waited forever for cold food. The fries didnt even taste cooked. Couldnt even get help inside with the other 10 people trying to have anything done. Go to any other burger king besides this one.
Tried again. Another long wait for cold food. Then refused to believe the food was cold until i gave it to them to feel for themselves. Support is a joke and only wants to offer 5$ to use in the app

I went to Burger King to get the Wednesday Addams meal. I was super excited to see what it tasted like. Once again I was let down and he purple bun was so chewy it felt as though I was chewing gum and they didn’t have and Swiss cheese ( different than regular American they normally put on burger) the sauce was lacking luster. I mean come on it’s a Wednesday Addams meal smh ♀️ so disappointed ! My advice to you as a consumer is to just get a regular whoppper and add the secret sauce

My husband went to get me a double cheeseburger and onion ring after my procedure and not eating for a whole day. On my receipt it says a double cheeseburger but they only gave me a single patty. I was so disappointed.

Wasnt bad, however, placed my order and when my food it was wrong. Had to go back and do it again. If it was only the wrong order ok lets tey again but they missed a sandwich altogether and extras of another. Thankfully the manager fixed it for us.

I understand we all want to get paid more, but how can you possibly ask to get paid more when we can’t even read. No tomatoes and you guys made sure to add them. Congratulations we cannot complete a simple task. That is why you all should get paid minimum wage which is $7.25 because we can’t follow directions. No one has time to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement. Thank you because that sandwich went to the trash because we are allergic to tomatoes. Thank you again.

Burger King is baaaaack! LOL! Seriously though, the burger was big like in the old days. The fries were hot and crispy, with just the right amount of salt. My food was really good. Why 4 stars and not 5?? They were a little slow. But I would definitely go back.
