I stopped in for a quick to-go order and had a great experience. Usually when I visit other Burger King locations, service can be pretty slow, but this one was the complete opposite. I ordered inside and had my food within 2–3 minutes. The restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, and they were actively cleaning while I was there. Fast, efficient, and exactly what I needed. Great job!

According to the menu a single Whopper would have been about $4 and something. I looked at our receipt and my husband’s Whopper before adding 20 cents for the cheese was $6.39. We asked the attendant about it and she said that was only for Whopper Wednesdays and that price reflected on the menu as such, regular price was reflected on signs outside. So I checked outside and only place it said anything at all, was on the billboard, WHOPPER WEDNESDAYS and there was no pricing. This was a Friday. I did however see pictures posted on the window of 2 for 7 and 2 for 5 options and there were pictures of Whoppers, Cokes, fries, Chicken Sandwiches Etc. I know it’s not a lot of money. But lately the service is slacking and the advertisements are tricky most places you go. But being dismissed by the attendant was the most infuriating part.

Everything is a -0 star this is the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to they always burning people French toast sticks in the morning and people food in general. The customer service is wack. Will NEVER be coming back to this rachet place again. Everyone that works here definitely is worth their pay grade because they just don’t care how they serve your food. Can’t even follow simple instructions about not burning someone food.

Didn’t give a good feeling when you walked in the door…. tables were dirty, 2 customers in the whole building, most times there were no works out front. Had to holler in the back 3 times for medium size drink lids.

Worst BK experience I’ve ever had. When you walk in, all you hear are all the employees shouting profanities to each other directly Infront of customers. Waited over 20 min for food that was given to me ice cold, forgot all my sauces, and the restaurant is absolutely filthy

Just do yourself a favor and go down the street to the other Burger King on Wilma. This one consistently gives out messed up/stale food. It’s dirty in there too. You can be the only person in the drive thru and it will take 5 minutes for them to answer the speaker and another 30 minutes to mess up your food lol. They need better management.

My boyfriend ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps and instead paid more for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and paid more for a strawberry lemonade and got regular lemonade. To whomever the girl was at drive thru, please do better, this is ridiculous

The only thing I don’t particular pike about this store is that. The lines are long, and they make you wait at windows 2 until the first when tells you to drive around. Other than that, thats my only inconvenience there. The restroom is normally clean so is the inside of the dining.

On September 14 at around 1:30 am, my husband and I (we’re from MA) were staying at the hotel next to Burger King. Since we had been drinking, we didn’t drive. Instead, we walked to Burger King to get some food because it says 24 hours.
There was no information posted saying that the drive-thru cannot be used while walking. A man on a motorcycle was in line ahead of us, and the employee at the window spoke rudely to him. We believe she saw us on the camera and even said, “We’ll take his order but not theirs.”
When it was our turn, she simply ignored us, laughed, and looked at us through the window instead of telling us politely that we couldn’t be served at the drive-thru while walking. We felt very disrespected.
We then crossed the street and went to McDonald’s, where the staff were empathetic and helped us without issue.

Don’t waste you money on this place. The food is ice cold and just taste stale. The manager needs to get it together. Disgusting old food made me sick
