I came here tonight because my kids were hungry , i understand people are aggravated having to work on christmas & it being busy, but i work fast food as well & i have never treated someone how this environment treats someone. I waiting in the line 30 + mins just to finally get to the speaker & the lady tells me she will not be taking orders anymore because her crew “needs a break.” i proceeded to tell her that i’ve been waiting 30 + mins and she said that’s not her problem and that she will not take my order. I can’t even get out of the drive thru!! i’m stuck here until all the cars move out the line! this is very disappointing & disrespectful. i truly hope someone addresses this issue & fixes it & something happens. do not come here if they seem busy!

I hadn’t been to BK in years despite loving it as a child. When nostalgia hit me and I got a hankerin’, I found myself here. Ms Mecole was amazing! Not only did she reminisce with me about some of the BK greats, she was sure to help me understand the current offerings and make a selection based in my prior faves. Everything was hot, fresh, and quick. She is a true asset to the brand and I am also my craving brought me here!

I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with only mayo and ketchup, but I received a double cheeseburger only mayo and ketchup instead… very disappointing to order a specific item and receive something else. People don’t pay attention anymore, that’s how you lose customers

Place was filthy..ripped cushions on benches..bathroom atrocious with no paper towels..floors..walls etc..streaked,dirty,broken glass door on entrance and dried ketchup on back of bench area..will not return to thus location

It was a bit uncomfortable to try and order when your standing at the counter for a min waiting to be waited on and the workers see you bc they look right at you, but ignore you and do something else before getting our order. Seems like their either needing more help or should have more then one person filling all the bags and trying to take orders

We waited in line for over 30 minutes got up to the line and the lady told us she’s no longer taking orders and shutdown the inside and outside orders. Now they had over 15 people waiting in line in there cars for over 30 minutes and is now being rude and telling everyone they are no longer taking orders for 35 minutes expecting us to wait. Now we are stuck in line for longer because we aren’t able to leave the line due to the railings. They are slow and rude.

Going through drive thru today, we encountered the RUDEST manager. Yelling about us pulling up. Do not have people pull up and wait when you do not have a pull up window. Youre drive thru is not able to handle that. Fix your internal working rather than trying to save your on screen timers. Yelling when you never said to stay at the first window is not on us. Whole heartly unprofessional of this woman. If she is the manager she should be ashamed of herself speaking as a person who did that job before.
