This Burger King is just terrible. They always close early for no given reason. Received soggy from them the other day. Their burgers always have to be reheated. Only reason I visit this location is that I have coupons and they’re the only location in my area. Now I’m completely done with this location. Stop by today at 6:17pm and to no one’s surprise, THEY WERE CLOSED!

I had to ask for no mayonnaise on my to-go Whopper twice. After the remake I left thinking it was taken care of. I delivered the Whopper only to discover they’d put mayonnaise on it yet again. I explained the reason for no mayo is a severe allergy so they’d know how important it was. They clearly don’t care.

As a chef for over 13yrs and my associates at Le Cordon Bleu! The mere fact, online, says open at 6am, dining room up at 6am that is! To walk up, doors closed, having to go through drive thru, to be told, dining room opens at 8am! Is highly unacceptable! So I beg not to as the question, why isn’t it online that the dining room opens at 8am? People except service to be uniformed across the board! Not well we’re changing the rules when we feel like too! This is obscured and unacceptable! If all of a sudden, people’s checks were to come short or not come on the day their suppose to come, workers would have a fit! To a certain degree that is considered false advertising! You advertise one thing and do something completely of another! And I was in the mood, mouth water for breakfast crossaint!

The impossible burger was pink in the middle and brown on the edges and yet they say it’s a veggie burger. Their sewage was backed up into the Parking lot and smelled so bad. On top of all that only half their building had electric and the poor cashier said it was so hot she looked miserable.

This place has changed for the better since I was here last. I actually stopped eating here due to it being dirty and the staff being rude. The young lady that took my order was so respectful and courteous and the food was well put together not just thrown together and falling apart trying to eat it!!! I hope it stays this way!!!

Yet again another restaurant using COVID as an excuse to keep the dining room closed. Update your business page within Google to inform customers that it’s drive through only. This is a problem only in highly populated African American areas. Meanwhile McDonald’s and Zaxby’s right next door are all fully open for business.

Why even bother stating operating hours when I can pull up to the drive-thru 55 minutes before it says you’re closed just to be completely ignored? If you’re going to close early, at least turn the lights off or put a sign up somewhere so that people aren’t wasting 5 minutes of their life when they could instead at least shave 5 minutes off the massive drive-thru wait at the McDonald’s around the corner.
