This is the most horrible burger king that I have ever been to. The store was completely filthy, the lady and worker were completely rude. And they really need to learn how to listen to customers orders. I will never be returning to this burger king.

If you don’t have enough staff to run your restaurant then actually close it!
Every employee here needs to be fired. Especially the manager. Horrendous experience every time. Keep hoping it’ll improve but nope. Worst BK location in every way.

I mean countertops, tables, soda area is a disaster. The floors…. And have ya’ll heard about “salt” on the fries? It’s a thing now. Burger was pretty good, but… Comein, clean up a bit. Turn that stupid game off and do a job.

Worst Burger King I have ever been to. Stood for 5 minutes watching employees on their phones. Finally I walked off. Then came back and had to knock on the counter to get their attention. I asked if they were open and the guy laughed. Then the POS manager asked why I had a problem. Well my problem was everyone was on their phones I wanted to order because I had places to be and you don’t care. That’s why I had a problem. I personally feel like the 3 employees they had working are a waste of air. Never again will I come here and make sure anyone I know doesn’t either..

Apparently this location doesn’t accept online orders through the app at least not in the morning or evening, I’ve tried both several times over the past few months since moving to the area with no luck. Maybe because it’s also a Popeyes and a truck stop that’s T/A and also a BP plus adult book and liquor store with discount tobacco and beer, lot lizards and local trappers serving in street outback that only the trucks or a local would even know existed but it’s off the property and nobody including me knows about it. On the bright side the TA employees are really nice and they keep their side clean and also have security personnel 24/7 that keep it safe. I believe security is employed by the truck stop but could be 3rd party, either way they don’t just sit around like scare crows. They’re very active but not like the Walmart security with the flashing orange lights. Those guys need to rethink things because focusing on someone that’s doing nothing is a great way miss the person that is doing something and a tactic that even children use to distract adults in order to rob the cookie jar. Except they are outside guarding the parking lot and the off duty officers are inside guarding the merch so a parking lot criminal doesn’t have to worry about being chased outside the parking lot or neutralized before entering the building and getting control of the exits where the armed officers would be most effective and use the renta12 for the tattle tell work unless the goal isn’t really about safety and loss prevention observe your local court house for proper and effective security practices where do they position themselves. The entrance and exit locations because it’s the right way to secure a building and best place to alert to an incoming threat. So many Walmart security has a different agenda or a lack of practical knowledge of security.

Horrible customer service. Very dirty restaurant. Food was sloppy. Prices are x2 more expensive than normal Burger King because of being a travel stop. Now 15 min after eating my stomach is very upset. BEWARE! Go down the street and get something better. Anything is better than here!

Worst BK I’ve ever been to. It really deserves a half a star. Says they open at 0600, but still had doors locked and sign blocking TA entrance at 0605. Finally at about 0610, I walk around the sign because I could hear them chitchatting. Asked if they were open and she said she thought security would have come around and unlocked everything by now but they’re open she says.
The food was awful. I got a platter which I asked for with a large coffee only, not large hash browns. The bacon smelled like someone urinated on it, the pancakes were microwaved so long that they became hard rubber. It was far from appealing. I would not even serve this to my worst enemy. $11 for this breakfast is asinine. I don’t remember the last time I just opened up the trash can and threw eleven whole dollars in there.

I get that it is a truck stop and not getting restaurant quality food or service but wow. The guy in photo didn’t even put his phone down while ordering. Scoped up the darkest oldest hashbrowns and had attitude when asked for new one. Still didn’t put his phone down while remaking food. Wish could say this is first time but kinda the norm at this stop.
