False Advertising at Burger King

Burger King used to let you “have it your way” — but not today. I tried what I thought was a great deal, only to be charged extra. When I asked, I was told the posters and ads were wrong and had been that way for weeks. They said they’d tell their managers — but why wasn’t it fixed the first time someone complained

If you’re advertising a price, you should honor it. Anything less is misleading. As a brand, do better.

Where to start? Online takeout order, while waiting they locked the doors on the side we parked on. Nobody monitoring or available after we got our food, so we had to take the long way around.

Then, we find out the drinks have practically no syrup, just carbonated water. Hell, I could have had ramen and enjoyed my evening more.

My order was correct and quick, but I could smell that the play space was not clean, and the next morning as I write this I’m unable to be away from the toilet for more than 15 minutes or so. My kids are also having diarrhea.

At least the food tasted good.

Had my daughters birthday party and from the moment we started setting it up we felt unwelcome. Cashier was nice but the manager and person who bags the food were extremely unwelcoming , even went as far as to say they wondered when our party was going to end as if we were bothering them , needless to say we will not be doing another party there.

Went there and took forever in the drive thru, my Whopper and fries were both cold and the burger looked like it was warmed in a microwave then set out to get cold. The next time I went, it was in the late evening and we sat in the drive thru and waited and waited and waited…. they were at the windows just standing there, not talking to anyone, not using the intercom, just standing there. A bunch of cars pulled off because of it. We waited about 15 minutes then went next door to Arby’s. No clue what was going on.

Absolutely disgusted with how the manager handled their online order mistake by giving another person our order then refused to correct it. Even though we had email proof of the order, we were told, someone came up and picked up the order a long time ago, even though the order was only placed 15 mins prior. Then the “manager ” Katina Hill, what was wrote on the paper we were given said” Pretty sure it’s Katrina, she wasn’t going to argue, they did their job. All we do is bag it and hand it out.” Refusing to fix their mistake and also saying someone showed them a receipt. The entire crew was extremely rude and unprofessional just to get out of remaking and order they clearly gave to the wrong person. Just that we can dispute the charges online and we should get our money back. Either you cant read, or you didn’t verify last name. Doesn’t matter either way, you made a mistake and should correct it.

It took about 15 minutes for me to get my food after I ordered. Then I took it home, and both burgers were raw, not fully cooked. I have a picture. The Sprite was mostly water; they filled the cup with ice and added a little soda. The fact that I am at home recooking a burger that was supposed to be cooked, a burger I waited 15 minutes for, makes me want to yell at everyone running that place, because it was the worst fast-food experience I have ever had.

Horrible..would rate 0 stars if possible. Visted on 12/4/25. Had a mobile order and was in the drive thru line for an hour and a half only to have them say they couldn’t find the mobile order that was placed an hour and a half before..they eventually found it but still left out some of the order..Will never visit that location again

The burger king is the worst of the worst. It was 10 employees on the clock . 2 customers in the drive through and they still messed up a simple order. All those people on the clock and order still wrong

The staff were very rude after ordering and when my husband asked them to please remake the burger ( had mayo all over bun, inside and out) because he had asked for no mayo on it. The manager was super rude shoved it back at my husband and said there was none on it and it clearly was. It was even in the wrapping. Then started yelling in front of the staff and for the whole restaurant to hear ” make sure there’s no mayo! No mayo near, around or even close to his burger! Make sure no mayo at all! ” very rude and unprofessional. Several customers also had spoken about how that was completely uncalled for. Will not be returning.
