The food was good, but the manager was not very good. I ordered 3 Whoppers with cheese. They attempted to give me 3 whopper, Jr’s with cheese. I tried to fix it and said I have no problem paying the difference. So I gave her $10 and I was told no change because of MY mistake or it had to be exact change. She was very unprofessional. I had to cancel the order and then go in to reorder.

We went in and ordered our food. As we were waiting I watched the chubby guy that was was making food behind the line pull his pants up and adjust them at least 5 times and adjust is boxers at least two times with the same gloves he was making food with. Then go back to making food with the same gloves it was utterly disgusting. I asked the manager to make our food and made her aware. As soon as we sat down she put him back to making food and he was still doing the same nasty stuff. I do not recommend this place unless they do some serious retraining of all their staff. The guys name was michael and according to the manager he was new, but that does NOT excuse his disgusting behavior.

The lady at the register remembered me from the last time I came in and asked if my food was missing anything. I told her it had been but it wasn’t a problem mistakes happen and new people have to learn. She insisted on my meal being free. Amazing customer service and great person!

Literally stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and no one took my order. There were 3 of us waiting. 4 or 5 workers stood around playing on their phones looking over at us a dozen times. Never once attempted to take our order. Me and the two gentlemen behind me all left. Awful awful awful

It was not a pleasant experience, at the window, the lady was rude, but asked us to pull up. We did and waited for a very long time, 40ish minutes more specifically. The only redeeming quality of this establishment was the assistant manager who came out to the car and offered us a refund because they gave our food to someone else. He refunded the money and had our food made, but even then one if the people seemed frustrated that we were getting the food we had waited for. Weird environment.

This place needs employees!! I am not sure why the problem is as bad as it is and my desperately loves chicken fries but I have seen the dining room closed after I did a mobile order that was paid for but still had to wait for them to service one car at a time in the drive-thru. From order to hand-off, one vehicle at a time. Did I mention that I did a mobile order that was already paid for? 15+ minutes in drive-thru. If you need a job, please apply! It is ridiculous!

Went to another fast food joint only to be told they were outta buns….well no hamburger with Texas toast for me…so we went on to Burger King like we should have done in the 1st place… everything was quick and great. The workers were very nice and patient. Hate that my favorite bk is 40 miles from my home… everything was great.
