1. The woman who took our order was PATIENT and made sure I was comfortable with the order.
2. At the window,she met me with a smile!!
3. She offered condiments and napkins..(which is rare)
4. Ask for her name and she is MONIQUE!(hope i spelled it correctly).

It’s really a zero star. They have 6 workers just walking around yelling at each other like they’re hanging out at each other’s house. They stated they were out of ham, biscuits, and tortillas for breakfast. Rude and lazy stating they didn’t even want to be here working. The manager yelling across the store telling them there’s a mandatory meeting tomorrow and if they didn’t attend they would be “wrote” up.

The food tasted really great, the service was great! My croissant egg and cheese should have had bacon, but I got sausage. We went through the drive through. But it was still good. I was happy that all of the food was hot and fresh tasting, the cheese was melted, too. We have not had such good food and service from any Burger King in a long time. My husband got a whopper and the cheese was melting on it, too. He was happy with his burger!

I was disappointed with my dining experience. The food arrived late, was incorrect, and was burnt. My burger lacked steak, was dry, and overcooked, as were the fries. I do not plan to return; the service was unsatisfactory.

We ate dinner and then went back a couple of days later for lunch. Both times the food was hot and fresh. The woman working the front register was very busy helping with the drive thru orders as well but she made fresh onion rings to time with the fish sandwiches we ordered and we couldn’t have been happier with the meal and service!
