My kids were super excited to get the Spongebob Meal. The meal was supposed to be a whopper, cheesy bacon tots, pie, and a slushy drink. We got home and had a whopper and fries. No pie, no cheesy tots, no slushies. They did let me know when I ordered that they were out of the drinks and we got sodas instead, which was disappointing but we were okay with. Ordered 3 Dr Peppers, a root beer and a coke zero. Got a coke zero, a sprite, and 3 root beers. VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR $62

Very nasty. After a certain time (even when they are still open) they will literally stop taking orders. They will watch u from inside and just look at you like u crazy. Customer service is really just trash. After 30 minutes they finally came to the window. Employees were playing loud music and had AirPod in their ear which explains why they couldn’t hear when nobody pulled up. So we had to pull to the window and bang on the window and open it just so they knew people was outside.

Bought a family meal the friendly staff was patient to correct the order and repeated my order twice because there was some confusion. I go to BK by Cottage hill its close to home, the franchise honor coupons and my kids like their burgers vs competitors.

I had messed up order and when I came back to the store the man had been super generous and very nice. He was understanding and corrected everything and even gave us a refill on drinks for the wait. 10/10

I wish I had a great review for this Burger King. I am going to follow this review with a call to corporate and the owner. I went thru the drive thru. What I witnessed: the manager came from the back to put my order in a bag… while 2 employees were standing with her – their arms were folded; they were definitely not going to do anything else but take orders. We wonder why the hourly pay won’t be adjusted- we can choose to be servers (even at a fast food) or order takers. My french fries were cold and the sandwich was ok (you can see for yourself). There was one car waiting in front of us although we got our food before them. This particular location has had varied service over the years -it could be the top neighborhood stop if the attitudes of the employees were better. Also the inside of this location needs an upgrade: people tend to do better when equipment works and the environment is clean. I can tell the owners are lazy because instead of taking care of the grounds, they had rocks installed in place of the front lawn. I hope this business gets smart soon because it’s not going to be in business too much longer….if it is I won’t be going back anytime soon.

They guy at the register must not have been trained on how to use the register. He struggled entering a simple order. There was pee all over the ground right outside the door.
