Sat in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes between the time I got there and getting my food. My sandwich was cold and my fries were hot. I was given the wrong drink, which I didn’t realize until I got back to my office. As a whole the food was not that great, but it’s fast food so I can’t expect much, the time it took to get the food was absolutely ridiculous and needs some work.

Whew! Where do I begin. It was too much playing in the kitchen. The sandwich maker made a sandwich wrong and when my patient asked for a remake, he attempted to just remove the pickles. And took his time remaking it. Staying he had other others to make before his remake her sandwich. The cashier was pleasant at first but as time when on she told the guys at the back they better be glad that she had people up there cause she would tell him something. There was a new assistant manager on the front line that was new to the establishment and she was really trying to correct their wrong, but it was definitely too many young people playing.

What an absolutely abysmal experience. What should have taken a few mins took what seemed like an eternity. Got in line and ordered, something was wrong with the cash register so the cashier hollered at her boss instead of going over to talk to her and waited for at least five minutes before talking to her. She comes over and uses the wrong cash register and then is confused about which POS machine to you use? I got a breakfast sandwich, some hashbrowns and an orange juice. The orange juice is frozen and then they make the wrong order and then give the guy behind me his order and say they have to remake my order. Which takes 10 minutes for some reason. No sorry for the wait nothing. I have no idea how I kept so calm. Just wild people want more than minimum wage at these jobs. Be smarter than a post and then we’ll talk.

Went to the burger King in semmes today and ordered the 2 whoppers for $10 deal … I got whopper pieces I kid you not. Burger was not even whole. Mine and my fiance both had half burgers and mine had pieces chopped off and it all looked disgusting… It tasted even worse. Cold throughout even though we waited a long time to get our food. I almost threw up trying to eat this burger. I got sick on the way home. I will NOT be returning to this location EVER again. I feel disgusting. This is unacceptable!!!

We just left Burger King we got two croissant meals.. the food is covered in Grease the packages are covered in Greece the grease soaked through the bag and got all over my good pants…. My visit to this place was somewhat unexpected as I hadn’t initially planned on dining here. It was a family decision, and I found myself outvoted, which led to some skepticism on my part. However, the experience turned out to be a mix of positives and negatives.

Unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. It felt like the staff simply didn’t care about our dining experience. They were slow to attend to our needs and appeared disinterested, which was disappointing and frustrating. Additionally, it was difficult to even see the menu as the TVs were broken, further adding to the inconvenience.
But here comes the surprising twist – the food. Despite my initial reluctance and the lackluster service, the culinary offerings here were genuinely impressive. The menu featured a range of dishes, and the flavors were exceptional. It’s safe to say that the food was the highlight of the visit.
So, all in all, my visit was a blend of highs and lows. While I didn’t intend to dine here, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. If you can overlook the apathetic service and the menu visibility issues, this place might just be worth a try for the culinary delights it offers.
