We were going to order off the screens that are the “new” walk up and order right; when a man is ready to get our order. It was pretty late also ,so not really expecting the decency and enthusiasm, very well informed and helpful to all the food was freshly cooked and delicious. They got all our order in and together didn’t forget the sauces. We’ve been here for about 4 months and we’ve been having some difficulties getting a decent fast good food place that wants our service, but thank you for the experience.

My son has a habit of opening the lid on his sodas before drinking from a cup. We were five miles away when I realized this. As a result, I called the establishment to alert them to a possible problem with their soda fountain. The next day, heading to work, I stop by to show the photo. And the cashier was like okay it wasn’t me that did it. I didn’t want a replacement. I only show them the photo because that wasn’t professional on the phone.

Service is horrible. Do not go inside the employees argue with customers when the employee is wrong. Had been to this location multiple times and the cashiers do not listen to what the customer orders and place the order wrong. This location lacks leadership and they need a whole lot of training.
