Waited 30 minutes in line – my whole lunch break mind you, to not be able to place an order. The intercom’s in drive thru is broken, but manager started taking orders for the cars behind me, and did not take mine. By the time I got to the window my lunch break was over. I visited inside o ask the number to corporate, the general manager with the sloppy beauty supply kanekalon Jerry curl wig decided to berate me verbally, and cussed at me. She doesn’t need to work there, and should file a complaint at beauty and beyond for letting them allow her to believe she looked good with that hair. Disgusting attitude and attire, verified c u next Tuesday. Save your money it’s better spent elsewhere.

Gave us the wrong drink. No sauce offered or given for poppers. Overcooked poppers. Tea not very sweet. Lemonade was so watered down. Nice lady at the window though!

I had to bring my order back five times for being wrong. My impossible whopper was burnt twice and my other whopped was wrong three times. Safe to say I will never return back to this location. And yes I’m typing this out while in the location.

Worst B.K. Anywhere.
Took over 20 minutes to get my order and 5 of those minutes was because the window and inside employees REFUSE to work as a team. I literally watched the window employee put my order down in the ready tray instead giving it to me knowing full well it was mine because we just discussed it was my order. Instead, she puts it down so that her co-worker who was busy taking and order from another customer could do it because (as she clearly stated) it was the other employee’s task to run the register and give people their orders inside the restaurant. They were both also just bickering beforehand and several other customers and I noticed and commented to each other how horrible this restaurant is managed since the supervisor, who was managing sandwiches, barely noticed nor took any corrective actions with the employees.
Then, when I open my sandwich there’s something wrong with the bun (see attached photo).

They got the order right. They used so much mayonnaise that I could have made 4 more Whoppers. The onion rings were old. The lady at the window (5/11 9pm) had the manners of a goat. The Whoppers were smashed, and I don’t think they cared.

We stopped to get my grandson the dragon meal. They were out of the buns so I asked if they could just replace the bun with a different buns because he really wanted the meal. Manager said yes no problem . We didn’t get the right burger it was just a whopper, we didn’t get the right fries we just regular fries I had to request the drink again that came with the dragon meal and then he didn’t even get the toy. All he got was the bag the meal was supposed to come in. . Very disappointed with the whole ordering process and we did drive thru as we were traveling. We waited till we got to Florida and stopped and got him the right meal and made happy..

There was this pretty lady with dreads at the drive thru window who was so pleasant. She was patient and made sure my order was neatly packed and correct. Will definitely be back for that awesome customer service.
