I odeted off of the breakfast menu. Two sausage double croissant and a large hash brown. I received a sandwich with bacon and sausage another with one sausage patty. So I returned through the drive-thru the young man on the speaker doesn’t seem to be able to understand what I’m saying to him so I drive up to the window hand him my receipt and my bag. He closes the window in my face. He and the manager start to have a conversation in which the young man starts to laugh uncontrollably. Definitely felt like it was at my expense they hand me the bag of food I go to leave the drive-thru and realize that they’ve not given me my large hash brown that I originally had so third trip to the Burger King I walk in the door and ask if I can have my hash brown. There was never a apology for messing the food up or anything. I am pretty easy-going when it comes to orders being messed up because I’ve done customer service all my life. However I was not well when I left this Burger King and am not sure that I will return. If you go through the drive-thru check your food make sure it’s correct before you pull off.

It’s hit or miss. Staff can be snotty. They messed up my order online then tried to get me to pay for another order. Manager was rude but one of the girls found the order and the Manager never apologized!

This was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience with this Burger King. Normally food is hot and freshly cooked and my order is always right. Despite the issues with my order, the manager on duty was quick to resolve it and all of the employees were very courteous. Mistakes happen and they handled it so they still get 5 stars
