Walked in and smiled at the female behind the counter, CeCe. She never smiled back or even acknowledged our presence and then left the counter. We stood there waiting to order and finally a ray of sunshine came to the counter, Carol, and acknowledged us with a smile and took our order. I complimented her to make her aware that her attitude is top notch. What a sweetheart.

The food was awful. Bacon cheeseburger had to Search for the scrap of bacon, it was cool and the fries were cool also. I will not go to this location again. Thought wow that was quick because it was already cooked and not sure how long it had been sitting on the counter.

Literally the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I don’t know what it is but Baldwin county has the laziest fast food workers I’ve ever seen. They always mess up my order and the wait time is always super long. God forbid you have an uber or DoorDash cause that’s even slower.

Cannot ever get my order right. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with ketchup and onion only and they remove the bacon. Who does that? Why wouldn’t I just order a regular cheeseburger and save a dollar if I didn’t want damn bacon! Simple ordered burger…but this Burger King totally messed it up…wasn’t even close. Had to wait an additional 6 minutes for a newly made one. Then asked if I wanted a new fry…really? Should have offered a free burger on another date…oh wait…I probably won’t return for incompetent service though.

Update(11/11) This place has somehow gotten worse 20 plus minute wait times for any food and the orders are never correct. Burger King is hands down the worst fast food in robertsdale The service here is unacceptable! The people that are working do not care about the customer or the order! I would never spend a single cent of your money here. Not worth it!

Came thru drive thru last night 9/21 and ordered a whopper which the person sounded happy and tried upselling, but tell me why is my food cold and the whopper patty was like broken into 5 pieces?! I called to see if they could do something and whoever was on the phone was acting like I was lying and hung up on me?! Man that’s a first for me. Whatever, I’m done at this location. Can’t blame the woman on the speaker but really isn’t customer service friendly.

Customer service nice and friendly for morning…. food was TERRIBLE! The star is for the young lady only!!! I just took a bite, while driving and needing to take with medicine. If it wasn’t disgusting to see. I would show u that I spit it out. Hard and burnt. This was ridiculous. If I wasn’t going to work. I would have turned around. Never again!!!!!

10/16/25, 7:30 pm. Stood at front counter extended period of time, no staff acknowledgement, just terse looks. Guy came in from drivethru line, asking for his order after waiting thirty minutes, got flack from staff about them being busy. Man asked for refund, he was refused. NEEDS NEW NANAGRMENT.
