We came in and waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order. All the employees just looked at us standing there and finally someone took our order. We noticed 3 other groups if people waiting on their food. After she took our order it took 40 minutes to get out food. One of the other couples that were there before us still didn’t get food and when they finally got it the order was wrong. I don’t know what was going on this night but it’s usually really good and fast. I noticed they were all new staff this night.

A whopper combo…. The whole burger was microwaved… Absolute garbage… If it’s too much, to ask for a fresh burger… Should have waited until I made it to Grove Hill, AL. it’s the best BK hands down ANYWHERE!!!

Female truck driver here… felt like I had been roofied. Had to shut my truck down & was dizzy & nauseated , almost puked. Impossible whopper, onion rings, & sprite. No reason to be sick.

The cashier Jaalyn (Moore) Greeted a smile and Was Extremely patient while we were deciding on what to order,she was very friendly and went over everything with us with our total and made sure everything was correct and our food was fresh and hot .She even asked if that was all we need or needed anything else before we left ,This was by far the Best Customer Service by a employee from any food chain me and my family has experienced. We will be returning to this establishment very soon and way better food then McDonald’s …5stars to this Awesome employee ..Giver her A Raise and a manager position.!

For fast food, Burger King is good! They’ve been friendly anytime I’ve ever been there and only had one small mistake with an order once which I consider to be much better than some other choices. Their app has awesome deals in it so if you eat there and especially if you have a family eating there but don’t have the app I’d suggest getting it as it’s totally worth it!
