I always go to the BK in rdale my first time ever coming to this one in Daphne because it was close to a new job I started. I ordered online through the app, wait time was very fast like 2 minutes. On my lunch I went there and on my way back to work I was eating the fries and notice it was kind of cold but I was so hungry and they were still crispy it was fine. When I reached work I looked at my burger and was so upset and annoyed. A whopper is suppose to be grilled dark brown meat with grill marks right? Nope. Not this Whopper. It was light brown meat and I honestly was like that’s weird but took a bite anyways and the taste was off, y’all I thought it was my root beer or something that made it taste weird. I was trying to give the place the benefit of a doubt but then I took another bite and it’s definitely the meat undercook. After the second bite I had to take a picture and wrap it and put it in the bag before I threw up but knew I needed to post this. I reached out to support about my food and she said the only thing she can do is give me a $5 coupon.. WHAT!!! The only thing that was good was the root beer. I paid almost $12 for that meal to only get $5 can’t even get a whopper sandwich only with that. I really paid 6 something for cold small fries, small drink and 2 bites of a burger. Went to work still hungry and I am pregnant!! Horrible customer service. Very disappointing. If the manager sees this, who ever cooked (because it wasn’t grilled) that burger should be ashamed! They should’ve looked and known it wasn’t done. Not sure if they were rushing. But I would rather wait a few minutes to get mines hot and good then cold and uncooked. It’s health and safety concerns when giving food not prepared right. Wish I choose somewhere else but was craving a whopper.

I enjoy the breakfast crew in Foley AL. Kind and professional. The Malbis/Daphne morning crew is quick and always seems ready. I also like the Mobile, AL downtown weekend crew. They are personable and patient.

The absolute slowest Burger King I’ve visited! Staff are so slow, rude and need to be re-trained by a different manager. The manager ducked into the office rather than helping staff, she was constantly on her phone when she was in the serving area. I observed the boy that takes orders tell a customer to wait to get ketchup packets until he helped the people in line first, at the time he hadn’t even started an order…..he could’ve easily turned around and grabbed some but he didn’t. I waited 15 minutes for an order that didn’t have any special instructions. The boy at the counter acknowledged my order was ready but proceeded to take 3 additional orders before getting my off the shelf……needless to say the food was cold.
Air conditioner wasn’t working that day, super hot in there.
I will make it a point to never go back to this Burger King in the future.

Place is sickening. Order a whopper.. looks like someone spit and stepped on it. Nothing about the meal was in any way appetizing. Whoever handles their hiring, quality of product should be questioned and at minimum TERMINATED. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. DISGUSTING. I like bk, but this location is disgusting. Might as well close it down.

On this particular day the floors had been mopped and were very wet still, there was no AC, and there was only 1 clean table to sit at.
This is my first time at this location so it may just be a REALLY bad day for them.

Going to a fast food drive through we all know hopes on service and thoroughness is never very high, well today they blew my expectations out of the water!! I was treated like a human not a credit card and my order was even better then perfect! The team as a whole at the window was working together and efficiently to provide service and care for me and my wife, we really appreciate the change in additude! Remember wherever you work, no matter the job, if you get to make one person smile or feel loved that day you’ve made the world a better place and everyone has that power!
