“Is that all?” yelled at me after every food item isn’t helpful. The screen wasn’t correct and I corrected it. When FINALLY at the window (10-15 minutes before moved up a single space), they snapped at me and told me they didn’t have the drinks I didn’t order. They gave me extra onions instead of no onions. Overall, this was just very disjointed of a crew. Around 7pm on a Sunday near an interstate, so not entirely unexpected. But, seemed to be in rough shape.

Stopped here on our way home from Mississippi. We used the facilities and everything was clean. Then we ordered breakfast — the breakfast biscuits were soooo good! Like fresh homemade buttermilk type biscuits.

I never care enough to leave a bad review but I hope someone in management acts and corrects this insane issue. After 30+ minutes in a drive through line we got our food…no apology or excuse, when I asked for a receipt they couldn’t “print” it. Had a big family to feed and an event to get to that we were late for. Fries came unsalted..got a rodeo burger with a bonus patty? Go figure it tasted like it was rr microwaved a dozen times. I am beyond dumbfounded how management us let this place get to this point. But my goodness someone step in!!!

Received a half-full box of large onion rings. Rip off! My daughter got a chicken sandwich with zero condiments, lettuce or tomato. And it’s not even chicken- it’s a fish patty in the chicken wrapper. Do better Burger King!

Went for breakfast 2 for 5 double crosonwich with a coke and large hashbrowns. The crosonwich were cold and the hashbrowns were old so I told the guy in the drive through and they proceeded to drop the same old hashbrowns in the grease then put it in a broken container. I am not taking this review down. This is the 2and time getting horrible food I will NOT be eating here again. If you want Burger King go to the one in fairhope or the new one across from paradise marine in gulf shores. Stay away from this one!

BK flavor, croissant, whoppers, quarter pounder and fries (better than McD), lots of drinks choices, etc. Old building in need of new BK image renovation, restrooms are awful in need of maintenance, we’ve seen they keep trying to do some good cleaning outside and inside, but again whole premises need renovation, the parking lot was asphalt sealed and made it look a bit better, although it really need a resurfacace to get rid of deeps create water puddles. New faces all the time, friendly staff.
