Fries are cold and old! The chicken burger is on a whopper bun. Staff is friendly. No ketchup yesterday, no sauces but zesty and ranch.. today no onion rings not lettuce, tomatoes or onions.
And they didn’t tell me that they didn’t have the chicken buns. Just give me the chicken sandwich on a whopper bun. I will not recommend this place to any one passing through.

They just can’t get it together at this location. It’s been consistently EXTREMELY SLOW for years since they opened. It seems like burger king would get new management from the regional office since they apparently can’t run this location efficiently. I’m leaving the drive through line as soon as I type this. It’s taking them 20 minutes to service one vehicle and there are two more ahead of me. It’s been like this since you opened this location. You are loosing money by keeping the same management and you need to do better. I won’t get to eat today because your restaurant is so slow I don’t have time to go anywhere else. Maybe we will get a Jacks or something that has better management when you have to shut this location down because it is HORRIBLE!

This was a horrible experience!! On Wednesday evening 11/27/24 at about 5:40pm ordered the number 1 value meal. Upon requesting no cheese, no onions or mayo at window guy smartly replies” you don’t get cheese unless you ask for it” very sarcastic. I explain nicely well I have experienced things not made correctly before that is why I was making sure order was correct. I get order and leave, I park to eat and while eating sandwich as pictures show below, while chewing fill a type of lump of something in my mouth and realized was not suppose to be on the sandwich!! So disgusting, immediately called my husband and he in return called police to file a complaint and pics were sent to Headland police department so they were made aware. I did not return to Burger King for refund because I was so heated it would not have ended nice for me at all. Thank God I chose peace. I advise if you consider eating there please check your food or don’t eat there period!!!These people working in fast food now don’t care and have no character.

This Burger King is only good the early morning. Staff in afternoon is horrendous. Out of everything. MOD screamed at me twice that the truck will be here Monday. Fries were burned and two Woppers were terrible. The sweet tea was on the counter in a picture for customers to help themselves. Unsanitary!!! Tasted like it was nade the day before. Horrible!!!! This Burger King was bought out and for a short time was good. But is back to its old ways. Out of everything and unpolite staff. Don’t go to this Burger King. We are done!

This place always leaves stuff out of your order. It never fails. Got it delivered multiple times and literally EVERY time I ordered from here, I’m missing multiple items. Its not hard to check the order and give what the customer paid for, but apparently this place has trouble doing that.

Scared to eat the food now. Health score is 88. We pulled up to the drive thru speaker and when we asked them to “hold one second please” they never acknowledged when we ordered. We pulled to the window to place our order. We sat there while a girl with no hair net and hair past her waist was leaned on the counter and her hair was all over the counter along with her behind. We sat there quite a while ….She finally looked up at us after a few minutes of sitting there texting and ignored us and walked to the back. She never came back??? The manager came to the window with an attitude after we waited and rudely asked if he could take our order as if he was bothered to have customers. THEY SEEMED VERY LAZY WONT BE BACK AND YOUR NEW MANAGEMENT APPARENTLY IS NOT HELPING… PLEASE CLOSE IT DOWN SO WE CAN GET A CAPTAIN D’S , SONIC,JACK’S, KRYSTAL’S ECT… This is the second HORRIBLE experience within the last few months. The last time I ordered on the app and they were out of over half of what I ordered so I told them just cancel it and refund my money no problem…. They lied to me and told me I would have to contact burger king to get my money back in a few days so I wasn’t able to eat that night at all. IT WAS AGGRAVATING TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF A REFUND DUE TO THEIR APPARENT LAZINESS OR INCOMPETENCE We couldn’t eat it tonight either the chicken sandwich had a gross twang to it so maybe they did something to it because we are white??? I can’t think of why they would ask us to pull up when there wasn’t anyone behind us. Please close this down so someone who doesn’t mind being kind and treating their guests like they actually want them there can take Burger King’s place. You’re wasting your money trying to stay open, due to the quality of workers you’ve hired continuously. I have some photos of the quality and amount of the food we received also… We probably had 12 french fries total between us. It’s a shame because Headland is a great town with friendly locals and LITERALLY THOUSANDS of thru traffic that goes right by burger king daily. We should have followed our instincts and just pulled off when they ignored us. They don’t have to worry about being bothered by us EVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I had a special request for a hamburger ordered to go without being assembled and everything wrapped separately. The meat, the bun, and the vegetables separated because I still had 20 minutes before getting to a patient’s house who wanted a fresh hamburger. , And very accommodating. The food of course is always fresh. I do so appreciate that they went the extra mile with such great attitudes.

It’s been over a year since I’ve returned to this Burger King and nothing’s changed. It is horrendous they’re always out of everything. They were out of sweet tea at 5:41 p.m. dinner time. They don’t tell you what they have and what they don’t have when you order you find it out after you order. Ordered Whoppers they were out of onions found it out due to the customer next to me returning her sandwich looking for onions. Management is horrendous. Large gentleman manager screaming and yelling as I walked in the door on the phone talking to somebody while the customer he’s talking about is standing in front of him. Very unprofessional. I’ll try again in 2 years to return to this Burger King in Headland Alabama.
