I just wanted to praise the excellent employees you had today- during a busy lunch rush they kept their cool- even when I was rude because they ran out of an item I had ordered online. The young lady I interacted with returned my sharp attitude with kindness and patience and I quickly realized that I was in the wrong. Good job! She deserves a raise. Also, everything else we ordered was made exactly as we asked so great job guys in the back! Overall, wonderful experience- thank you for working hard; I know service industry is not always easy so thank you very very much for a job well done!

I went to the drive thru to order but no one ever asked to take my order. As a side note, there was a sign at the drivethru saying they were out of Whopper patties. Not what I wanted anyway but this is the third time in the past year that they have been out of something. I pulled around to the window to order thinking that their speaker might have been out of order. The guy working the counter had the headset on but he just looked at me and kept doing whatever he was doing. He never bothered to come to the window. There was a guy at the counter and someone had pulled forward to wait on their order. Not that busy at all. Regardless, I drove across to Checkers, got my food and talked to a nice man that had been working there for 15 years. Took less than 4 minutes to order, have a brief conversation, and leave. I prefer BK bugers but Checkers has just won my business.

Fry oil needs to be changed. Burger rated a 3, fries don’t deserve a rating cos they they were so poor tasting. Coke gets 5 stars, it was the best of all. Plus wouldn’t do two orders, was told it had to be on one order. So the other order was spent at McDonald’s,. Sorry for your loss.

Did an app order. Went through drive-thru. A lady told me they had no Whopper patties. I asked for refund. They wouldn’t give me refund and told me I had to go through the app for refund. As I was still talking to her, she cut me off and would not reply further.
I go to the app and the app says I can’t cancel the order. Now I have paid for food I have never received which is a problem. I called the BK phone number and got the answering machine and left a message to speak with upper management.
This is highly unacceptable and handled highly unprofessionally! BK have basically stolen money here.

This particular location needs to teach their employees about customer service. We pulled up to the drive through to order and no one ever came over the speaker to acknowledge us so we pulled around and the gentleman looked at us and said “excuse me” we didn’t even get to tell him anything before he shut the window in our face and refused to take our order and for what we literally didn’t even get to respond. There was a lady that pulled up beside us wondering the same thing we were wondering “were they closed” she was shocked when she saw how he treated us!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! BEYOND ATROCIOUS!!!! EMBARRASSING!!! THE ONLY THING I WILL SAY IS THAT THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED I GUESS. ONLY 4 PEOPLE WORKING!!! BUT 3 OF THE 4, NOT GONNA BLAME THE YOUNG LADY WORKING THE FRONT BECAUSE FROM WHAT I UNDERSTOOD, SHE JUST GOT TO WORK. BUT HOW ARE YOU THE MANAGER AND CAN’T MANAGE YOUR STORE, YOUR STAFF, CUSTOMERS OR SERVICE!!! AS A UBER/DASHER TIME IS MONEY. AND TO WAIT MORE THAN 10 MINUTES FOR AN ORDER TO BE MADE IS HORRIBLE!!! THERE WAS NO CARE WHATSOEVER. ONE COULD ASSUME THE COOKS COULDN’T READ!!! THE REGIONAL MANAGER NEEDS TO FIX THIS LOCATION IMMEDIATELY OR SHUT IT DOWN!!! I HAVE HAVING UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE IT RUINS MY RATINGS!!!

A customer order a combo meal while I was in there picking up a meal for delivery hecand I was waiting after about 6 minutes the customer asked if he could up grade his tater totes to a large well the cashier didn’t know what to do and she asked the manager, he said in his stange voice that. “We can’t do that we don’t have a button to back up time so that you can change your order.” He turned and walked further away. That moment I said to the customer that a great manager would please his customer and worked with him. Maybe even up grading his tater totes for free. Well the manager heard me and I should mind my own business what do I know iam just a delivery driver. I said mind my own business and I said that I was talking with the customer. And for him to have a BLESSED day and walked out.

Refused to cook my hashbrowns fresh, claimed they’d get in trouble for it. I was the ONLY customer they had. We’ve already had a couple of BK locations shut down and They will definitely be the next to close because of their terrible service and attitude. My hashbrowns were cold before I could even get home and I live LESS than 10 minutes away. I wont ever be back

I ordered the big fish combo, with halfies, half fries and half onion rings, fries and onion rings was soggy and limp, what I mean by limp, when I picked up my fries and onion rings they just laid on my fingers, wasn’t cooked all the way, and fish was the same, wasn’t cooked, and I don’t know why because I went about 5:30pm and they wasn’t busy at all. I walked in the only person greeted me was Sidney and he wasn’t on the clock. He came up spoke and carry on conversation, the 2 at the counter was county the toll and didn’t acknowledge me nor took my order. The prtin these restaurants is management, I see it in alot of business, mangers and key holders need more training.
