We had a great visit, the restaurant was clean and well layed out, food was tasty,the childrens play place was great, however I think the AC must have been out it was really warm . Overall though we would definitely come back.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken jr sandwiches at the drive-thru and then waited 15 minutes while 8-10 cars came and went with their food. Finally went in to see 2 employees looking at their phones, hadnt even started my order, i paid though. So i left as i had to pick up my kids from school. Garbage service from a garbage chain. Enjoy the last $12 you’ll ever get from me.

Never again to this place. lady with the red hair was so rude while we wait in line and gave us a an extra cup but I was nice about and told her you gave an extra one and she rolled her eyes at me and turns around and start talking behind my sister back like I didn’t hear her because she was in her way JUST DISRESPECTFUL!!!

The customer service was good but the French Fry had to much salt on them , they could have used that salt in Chicago on the street to help melt the snow

Came in to place a to go order and was treated well by the cashier. He understood my order perfectly and made sure the kitchen saw my request as stated ( he called back everything correctly to confirm). The place was clean. Open and light feeling though no one was eating in, like so many fast food places these days. Others came in to place orders for carryout while I was there. I didn’t have to wait long, and their 2 for specials will feed an adult for a surprising $5 . Everything was hot.

Although value items, the quality of food was substandard. The bacon cheeseburger was cold-warm so the cheese barely melted; in addition, there was only a half piece of bacon on the sandwich. If it is a bacon cheeseburger, then there should be at least two bacon strips on the sandwich. Knowing Burger King utilizes microwaves, the sandwiches should be extremely hot when served. The french fries were hot (good), but the serving size was unsatisfactory. There were roughly thirteen fries in the packaging because they were laying sideways. The container should be full. On a final note, the employees were disinterested in their job, not smiling, and failed to take safety precautions by wearing masks to protect their customers.

Ordered an Oreo chocolate shake, wasn’t mixed at all. My fries were cold and the burger was a mess. Cashiers weren’t very nice either. Won’t return to this location.
