Don’t know if they need more staff or different staff. But I come here 2-3times a week and every time I go through the drive thru. Even with only 3 cars ahead it takes 20min to get to the speaker to order, then get told to wait “a minute”, Usually about 5…. this seriously cannot be taken as fast food anymore.. also I started writing this after told to wait a minute and they still havent taken the order….do not come here if you are on limited time!

I’ve been stuck on a Whopper meal, with onion rings and a coke icee. No one has failed the whopper and onion rings, but the icee machine is never working and I have had a few flat cokes.

Terrible customer service .. order online for drive thru and was forced to come
In ..light skin girl and other front person had attitude for no reason . Also my order wasn’t ready and I ordered 30 mins before I left work . And they seem to want to knock out drive thru orders before front desk orders .. ridiculous don’t go here … never eating here again… also had to wait extra 30 mins on food because it wasn’t ready and was late back to work … terrible management !!! Do something !!!

Worst experience ever! Placed an online order and it was made wrong asked for them to remake it and they remade it 4 times and still didn’t get it right! I asked for a refund and left the food there! I’m still waiting for a response from the GM and my money ‼️

When we drove up we thought something was wrong because there were no cars or people inside this Burger King on a Sunny Saturday afternoon around 2 pm. I asked the staff about it and they laughed. Anyway the service was great and the food was good. After about 30 minutes or so people started to come in!
