I recently had a very disappointing experience with this Burger King location. The customer service was unprofessional from the start — the staff were rude, impatient, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. The tone and attitude were completely disrespectful, which already set a bad impression.
Unfortunately, the delivery itself was even worse. Terrible food quality. Several items from my order were missing, and the ones that did arrive were incorrect. It’s frustrating to pay full price and receive a completely mixed-up order. There was no attention to detail at all.
Overall, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The combination of rude behavior, lack of respect, and careless order preparation makes me not want to order from this Burger King again. Definitely not recommended.

I crave impossible whoppers as much as my husband craves the original whopper. On a road trip we had to find a BK and this one was excellent. The fries were thicker cut and cooked to perfection. Then I saw they have mozerella fries so now we need to stop again on the way home!

It’s okay when you are rushed but it’s typical the Icw cream machine never works as well as the advertised frozen drinks. Lettuce has also been soggy

I placed a online order and they told me they were out of meat and I had to cancel my order. I tried to cancel but the app says that’s not an option. So bk stole 18$ from me.

This location is okay. Customers are not given access to any napkins, lids, straws, utensils, or condiments. Everything is behind the counter, which can be very inconvenient when they forget to give you something you need. Need more napkins or ketchup? Then you’ll need to wait in line to ask for it. Our food was prepared well. The service was okay. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was not working properly and was out of many of the drinks. The dining area looks like it has been remodeled. Overall, we didn’t think this experience was convenient or pleasurable.

Where to begin, the individual taking orders should not be the first person people from out of town see, her attitude should not be serving customers. Second issue, the soda machine is out of service, and thirdly, I ordered a #8 on the menu and was downgraded to a lunch menu and only recieved one of the two wraps. My family member had to wait on the drinks since the dining room soda machine is broken and they ignored his request and put the drinks in the wrong cups. We agreed never to dine here again nor recommend any friends dine here.

Employees should not be allowed to sit and eat their food in the dining area while on a call using speakerphone and using foul language, talking with her mouth full. Name tag was too small to read but she was black with red hair. Young lady with long blue braids got our order correct but she did it with a really lousy attitude. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. Cooks got the order wrong and no apology when it was brought to their attention. And the bathroom was a mess; toilet paper roll wouldn’t stay on, sink ran continuously, no paper towels.

First off, the girl at the drive-through window was dull, no thank you, nothing. Got our order wrong twice. We ate what we got the second time because we figured they were just incompetent. Went for breakfast and the lady’s were mean as hell! Extremely rude to my friends got my order wrong and then got mad when my boyfriend told them it was wrong also got mad at my friend for asking his drink that he paid for
