I’m not sure what’s up with this place lately but we stopped for breakfast 2-8-26 before church, my husband got the sausage egg and cheese croissant, and his sausage was cooked hard, I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant some of my bacon on there was cooked hard as well, the French toast sticks were cold, and so were the hash browns. I’m not sure what’s going on with the breakfast crew or kitchen staff but this is the 2nd time we’ve had this problem with them.

First window, GM, Happy New Year. Second window, GM, smiles, a special Happy New Year. I drive off on my way home to Downtown Montgomery, I sample my French fries and the fries are perfect, just the way I like them, hot, lightly salted. I arrive home and eats my whopper. It’s still warm and all the ingredients complement each other. Delicious!!!!

Don’t get me wrong my food was fresh . When I got to the speaker , I immediately stated I had a mobile order as directed to go ahead with my order . As soon as I stated I had a mobile order , I barely could get that sentence out , cashier yelled and stated to pull around . When I got to the window, I spoke cashier never said a word just passed my my food , and slammed the window . I can understand if she’s having a bad day or a bit over stimulated from breakfast rush, but coming from someone who has worked fast food before, 2 fast food restaurants at the same time , customer service is everything and could’ve been better .

We are heading home after vacationing in FL. We stopped to get gas and something to eat. I saw the BK and was hoping I could finally try the impossible burger. My hubby is a vegan so I was excited to go eat it together. I was NOT disappointed. It was very good and well made. I had mines with cheese and no onions. He had his no mayo of course. I cannot express how delicious it was and hubby said he liked it too. I will definitely try it again! Oh and the service here was good too.

I had the brisket Junior Whopper and there was hardly any brisket on it. The marinara sauce that came with the mozzarella fries was truly awful. I asked for a chocolate shake which was not rung up so I had to pay twice. The guy who waited on me was in training and I understand that training needs to be taking place but it seemed inappropriate the way they were doing it. It was greatly extending my transaction time when I was actually in a hurry. I also had to tell the guy waiting on me how much change to give me. He seems not well suited for that position at all. As far as the atmosphere goes, children’s playground is absolutely not soundproof because I could hear the kids screaming through the wall. I could not wait to get out of there. I will not be going back to this location again and, based on the quality of the food I received, may not go to any Burger King location. Again. I’m very disappointed.

Super clean looks like a new building. Everything was clean and the restroom, too. The food came out fast and made very well. Soft music in the background, not loud. All of the tables were cleaned as soon as people got up.

What will $21 get you? 2 whopper combos, both of which are small unless you ask otherwise, undercooked fries, 45 minutes in the drive thru, and an attitude at the window. P.S. they’re out of the Krabby Patty combos also. Save your time, go to McDonald’s.

I stop by this Burger King slot because I live very close by But today at lunch the Gal at the Drive thru was A Butt very Rude when I went through it. I ordered 2 Jr Whoppers Small Fry And a Small Coke. When I got to the window to pick it up she I said by she never said anything just 2 Jr Whoppers and a Small Coke and I said also a small Fry. She look at me and repeated what she said and I replied also a Small Fry. Instead of her saying yes and all I making sure is what got what I ordered. She slammed the bag down on the counter and then it was like she just pitched the bag out the window. She Never said yes also a small Fry and then one of the managers walked over and I told her and she said she would take care of her . I go to this BK at least once a day Breakfast or lunchand the other girls are always nice but I have never delt with this before with them

This morning I came through the drive through. I waited 5 mins before saying Hello. I was ignored. I understand if there was /is a staffing issue. A simple answer (someone will be with you in just a moment) to my initial hello would have sufficed. I waited about another minute before saying Hello. The young lady at the window finally addressed me. She treated me as if I had called her outside her name. I have been going to this location since it opened and have never been treated like so poorly.

This is how it’s done! This has to be one of the cleanest Burger Kings I have been in and Miss Peggy, who helped me, was just the best!! Keep up the great work and be proud of this location!
