The lady that took our order was nice, but without a doubt it was the worst Whoppers that we have ever tried to eat. They were just thrown together and the condiments were literally just poured on them out of the bottle in excess. Buns were mushy to say the least. I even thought about returning them to get a refund but decided not to make a scene. Needless to say, we will never stop at this Burger King again. On the verge of getting sick, my wife managed to only eat half of hers. I doubt I get any response, but this review is to warn people about this place.

Worst experience we have ever had at a Burger King. We waited at the drive thru speaker for over 15 min before they even took our order. While waiting, the speaker was still on and the staff were yelling back and forth to each other. Then he didn’t let us finish our order before asking us to pull around to the window. So we had to finish at the window. Then we had to wait another 15+ min to get our food because another staff member in the kitchen was yelling the whole time saying it would take forever to cook the food and they were backed up even though we were the only people in line. They are extremely unprofessional and do not communicate well. I do not recommend going to this Burger King unless they make some major changes. At the end, the person that took our order did apologize but that was 30 minutes later. And the person behind us left the line at that point.

We sat at the drive thru for over 5 minutes before our order was taken. Had to pull forward and wait another 5-10 minutes and when we got our food we were missing the nuggets and were missing a frozen cherry drink. The only thing hot was the fries. Will not go back. They weren’t even busy so no excuse for poor service!

Do not eat here, the staff are rude and unhygienic. They randomly choose to close the store purposely three hours before they are scheduled to close on sat and Sunday. They don’t follow safety guidelines or hygiene guidelines for safe handling of food items.i know this because I work there. I wanted to post this so that no one would get sick or waste their time eating there. When I asked questions I was told that’s the way we were trained to close this location. I’ve also made a complaint to the health inspector.

Took me 30 minutes to get my order and there was only one customer in front of me who had already been waiting for 20+ minutes. But just wait, there’s more! Worst burger king around the area…pulled up 40 MINUTES before close and they turned everything off as we went through the drive through. They were ducking!!!! Turned off the phone!!! Worst part is ..I had ordered and paid for my food on the mobile app. Horrible. The few times I’ve successfully gotten my order there…the staff was rude…and sweaty…kinda gross imo
