Terrible experience at this location！！！！
I waited more than 20 minutes at the counter while the staff focused only on drive-thru customers. When my order finally came, several items were missing, and the staff insisted they didn’t have the SpongeBob promo toy—even though I came specifically for it. They handed me an old Sonic toy instead and claimed they were out of pies as well, until I pushed back and they suddenly “found” one.
After I asked for a refund for the missing promo toy, the staff finally pulled out the real SpongeBob toy from under the counter. If they had it the whole time, why refuse to give it out? The lack of honesty and organization here is unbelievable.
No wonder this place has such low ratings.

The food was excellent the service was kind the bathrooms were clean but the trash cans were overflowing with trash it was 11:00 in the morning even the outside trash cans the bathroom trash cans all full and overflowing. Debit/Credit card or exact change only. My order was $8.45 so apparently they didn’t have 55 cents in change.

Went late at 2239. Drive through order was taken promptly and efficiently. Food was ready fast and accurately. Worker (presumably one of the managers) was friendly & courteous. Well done Burger King!

I was met with a smiling employee which I was surprised with. Most fast food employees are not very happy. The young lady’s name was Brittany and she was friendly and smiling the whole time. I will definitely be eating there again. The whole team was amazing and very professional. A big THANK YOU to Kay and Brittany for such professional and wonderful service today

The manager really needs to get their act together. They ran out of bread for the whopper and whopper junior. The employees were not at fault. What ever the issue with their bread supplier they need to address. This is a very busy Burger King off of I-65 and ran out of supplies. The manager should have stepped up and took care of the employees and the supplies. Don’t show up for work on your shift? They need to get fired. Management just doesn’t care?

Was informed after payment of water and zesty sauce was out of stock. Ordered onion rings and mozzarella sticks, waited 30 minutes in drive through parking. Had to go inside because they forgot to bring it out and sodas were flat. Horrible service.

This is the worst establishment ever. I’m not sure how this Burger King is still open. In the past 6 months I’ve pulled through the drive through 3 times and have never successfully placed an order. There are workers inside but no one is actually working. I am a patient person, but this establishment should shut down or go under new management. No one should have to drive 20 miles into town because people won’t do their jobs. Also, no one should get paid for doing less than the bare minimum aka nothing.

Absolutely terrible service. Was told to wait at the drive-thru. We ended up sitting there for 5 minutes. When no one came back we drove around to the window and the staff inside advise to pull around and go back to the speaker again. Absolutely terrible service. There’s a McDonald’s and a Taco Bell right in the same area. Do yourself a favor and go to one of those.

Just plain horrible.. burgers were sloppy and covered in mayo, even on the outside of the buns, fries were old, nuggets tasted weird. No ice & drinks were flat. We will never eat here again.

This is the worst BK I’ve ever been to. They are hardly ever open in the morning and when they are open there is 1 maybe 2 people working. It is rundown and all the employees have an attitude. Been here a few times due to the location in proximity to my job but probably not coming back.
