And then stopped in because I made a purchase thru the drive thru and received half of my items. Shame on you all for making this so difficult! Maybe if you all answered the phone when I called you would have my information! There was zero wait when I came in so why should I have to go home, not have my food and then lose my valuable time fighting to be compensated for the money you didn’t deserve to have because I didn’t receive my product. Then I waste time filling an online complaint and don’t hear back! Give your money to another establishment!!!

Worst customer service! Manager Carly said she “doesn’t care if they even have customers!” You can thank her for us never coming here again due to her mumbling rude comments about customers under her breath to other employees and “mean-mugging” us. We just wanted to feel welcomed and to grab a bite to eat. It’s supposed to be FAST FOOD, not waiting 10+ minutes to order from a rude employee and another 10 minutes to wait on your food because obviously drive thru is more important! Then they didn’t even get the order correct and the manager Carly acted as if it were my fault! Never even apologized!

Stopped by for breakfast, and I ordered the Breakfast Burrito, and it was thrown together and not rolled like burritos should be, and the tortilla was torn all apart. I had to take it back to the counter, and they just stood there nor offering no help, and the manager finally came to the front, and she had to make another one. Customer service needs a lot of help.

My whopper jr was absolutely not even worth a penny! The meat was 1/3 of the size. It was bread and vegetables. Absolutely horrible. I will travel to Albertville bc every meal here is absolutely horrible. Wish I would have taken a pic. For the prices, these should be decent burgers! And I never leave reviews! Don’t waste your money! If they can’t give you a decent burger at a BURGER joint then don’t give them your money!

Ordered thru drive thru. First they tried to give us someone else’s order then realized they gave our order to the car ahead of us. Took our order to park to eat, left out an order of fries. Chicken sandwich was dripping in grease. Double cheeseburger was size of breakfast sandwich. Chicken fries only had about 5-6 in box and were hard an inedible and tasted like freezer burn.

The manager forgot to place the cheesy tots in my crew’s order. I order from Burger King at least 3 times a week for our crew of 4 to 8 people. Never ever order from this Burger King in Guntersville. The manager wearing a red/pink shirt said he already placed the $3.00 tots in my crew’s bag. He didn’t. Then refused to do so after I had to walk in to ask for them. He said no he needed to see the whole order so then I had to go back to the car again and my crew took their food out of their mouths to give him the proof he forgot. 2 of us own our own company for over 30 years. Bad, bad business and I was already late to meet the attorney so I’m even more unhappy. My marketing Director instructor from Proctor and Gamble told us in College that 1 bad business remark is told to a minimum of 12 to 100 people. Now that was before google.
